We really liked it here. A beautiful hotel, an aesthetic bar, the view from the window was a little disappointing, towards the swamp, but such a location... the center is coca, where all the cafes are 5 minutes by bike. The staff solved any questions, a very hospitable place! Free sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good. They gave us a nice new bike to rent.

The hotel is okay at an average level, but compared to this price range and in Ninh Binh, it is not worth the price. Hotel staff are not professionally trained, breakfast needs to improve the quality of drinks.

The interior is beautiful. The ceiling is a bit low, so the lobby can feel a bit crowded. It looks like it's 4.5 star. It seems a difficult problem to maintain. Cleaning seems to require re-education. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is reasonable. There are not many kinds and expensive foods, but it was delicious and fresh. The pool is small but the facilities are not bad. However, it was a pity that there was no shower guide before the customer arrived. The gym facilities are not bad, but the cleaning is not very good. There are not many users, so it's usually like turning off the air conditioner and opening the door, but then the dust is sitting a little. I can see insects sometimes. The window is big, so if you just clean up the pool outside the window, the view is good. The mountain view was very pretty in the 7th floor room I stayed, the bed was fluffy, the sheets were clean, and there was a bathtub. The bathroom door is closed, and the bathtub window is Romanshade. Cleaning is also insufficient. I was a little sorry that there was no lounge on the second floor. It runs an outdoor bar, but it is not available on hot summer days. After I sweated, 5 people in my family spent the day, but as a family travel accommodation, this is the perfect choice. When I checked the address on the voucher and called, I got on the motorcycle, picked it up and gave me instructions. The price is good, the room is good, the location is good, the view is good, the most important thing is that the owner and wife are friendly and the service is the best. The boss can speak Korean and the wife can speak English. We ordered breakfast before looking at the menu in the evening, so the next morning, we prepared a lot of breakfast. The family here were super accommodating. From before we arrived the receptionist was messaging asking for our time of arrival what our plans are and suggesting things to do! ☺️ Our washing was done so fast and they also organised a bike for us. Breakfast was lovely and while we were waiting for our bus when we were leaving we were given free refreshments and then a lift into town from the lady for free which she didn’t need to do! Thank you for looking after us so well.
