Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The view from the room's window, with the miniature train passing by, was a delightful surprise, especially for railway enthusiasts or those looking to experience the local atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, not far from the main street and the train station, making it easy to get around on foot or by other means. It offers just the right amount of amenities. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is quite palatable. It's perfectly fine for a simple breakfast to refuel. The minor drawback is that if you shower late in the evening, the hot water temperature can be a bit insufficient. Given Sa Pa's cooler weather, you might shiver a little after showering. I'd suggest showering earlier or for the hotel to improve the hot water consistency. Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. The location and window view are definitely worth it. If the hot water issue could be resolved, it would be even better.

Location is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night. Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize) Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff. Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

Had breakfast which started at 6.30 am upon our early arrival at hotel. Thankful for the early check-in after. Friendly staff, easy communication over wataspp prior, during stay.

This beautiful hotel is located in the uphill of sapa where there was a very beautiful view to admire from the balcony of your room The welcome drink of ginger tea was very good. It is a very convenient location as it was close to the train station to fansipan mountain Breakfast is simple and sufficient,you can order the noodle soup, pancakes, pancakes,french toast and eggs at no cost The room was very spacious, had a big bed and sufficient amenities There was an in house spa too,as my time in sapa is limited, I didn't get to try it Overall it is good value for money A well rested stay which is very much needed after the hikes

The best hotel! Quite affordable for Malaysians and definitely worth the price. The room offers a beautiful mountain and train view. Breakfast was amazing! The spa service was a little expensive compared to local street options, but everything else was perfect. You can store your luggage early, and they even have a washroom with hot shower facilities where you can freshen up, brush, and change before check-in. The place feels very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us in renting a bike and booking our Fansipan trip directly from the hotel, so we didn’t have to search around or queue elsewhere. Overall, the best stay we’ve had — highly recommended!

During our stay, Mr Jonathan, a receptionist, was always warmly welcoming us at the counter and ever ready to attend to our enquries. On the last day of our stay, the strap of my sandal broke off right before we got picked up by our shuttle bus. He displayed utmost professionalism and lent me superglue which I requested within a short time and even offered to help me with it as well. The hospitality and warmth displayed by the service crew is commendable and we would be back again.

It’s was exciting trip at first but the staff let us check in a room quite smelly but helpful for changing to another room. In the end they make us pay for a small towel for $ 5 usd… cause it’s missing…
