房間總體挺乾淨，還是有些地方積灰的，比如插座蓋子上，想吹個頭發，插電的時候碰到了插座蓋子，手上有灰，小孩子喜歡光腳在地上跑，跑一圈下來襪子上一層灰，其他都還行，我們住的19層，窗外就是個湖，也挺安靜，酒店離南塘老街很近，總體滿意

乾淨 舒適 服務人員很熱情 漂亮 服務也很不錯 會有小點心 多次入住了 還有好喝的飲品 小糖果

眼睛男前台的服務態度太差太差太差了！
我們到酒店前台，當時那個眼睛男前台就在那裡打電話和一個入住的客人吵架！讓我在那裡等了幾分鐘！
然後登記入住的時候，眼睛男顯得特別不耐煩！
***是個服務員啊，你怎麼敢的？
酒店的衞生，設施，環境，我是比較滿意的。
第二天早起的酒店前台是一個女生，態度很好。
唯一的敗筆就是那個眼睛男前台，態度真的差，**。這週五晚上半夜一兩點獨自一個人那個，你們酒店自己抓出來。🙄
