I said I was willing to wait, and when the high-rise rooms with balconies came out, they looked for a room on the fourth floor and gave me one! Other than that, the hotel is still very beautiful! It is also convenient to go to the old town. The elderly male receptionist I met the next morning was very good, and the deposit refund was done in minutes.

Don't stay here, the cleaning staff will just throw your clothes on the floor!!! When we returned to the room at noon on April 29, we met the cleaning staff who were cleaning. As soon as we entered the room, we saw our pajamas and quilts rolled together and thrown on the floor, pillows were also thrown on the floor, and a storage bag I put on the bed was also thrown under the table. My mistake was that my first reaction was to pick up the pajamas immediately, and I didn't take photos to keep evidence at the first time. I only took photos of the pillows and storage bags on the floor. It's really disgusting. Their way of cleaning is definitely normal and not accidental. At that time, I communicated with the front desk through Ctrip customer service. The front desk also insisted that the pajamas just fell down accidentally, and the cleaning staff didn't do it on purpose. If they accidentally fell down, would they roll up with the quilt? Could it be that the pillow and my bag also fell down accidentally? Later, the front desk offered to help us clean the pajamas, but I couldn't trust their hygiene standards anymore. After I refused, the front desk sent champagne, that's all, and they still insisted that the cleaning staff was just careless. Overall, it was a really bad experience. The stay was not very comfortable. The hair dryer in the hotel was a noisy simple hair dryer installed on the wall. It was not easy to use. There were motorcycles driving back and forth on the roadside in the middle of the night. However, I was mentally prepared for these things before checking in. I knew that old hotels would have problems such as poor sound insulation and old facilities. For me, these were negligible, but throwing guests' things on the ground was too much! We booked the hotel for the sea view from the hotel balcony. The sea view was indeed good, but there were many hotels with the same sea view balcony and price around it. There was no need to book this hotel.

The environment is very clean, but the sea view room is very small without a balcony. On the first day of check-in, the picture and the actual room did not match. I found the front desk and it was immediately resolved. I upgraded the room for free.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! First of all, the staff is very friendly and professional, they were always willing to help and made sure I had a great time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and the beds are very comfortable so I can get a good rest every night. The hotel's facilities are a bit old and the number of sockets is a bit small, but it doesn't matter much. In addition, breakfast provides a wealth of choices and the quality is very good.
