My family and I stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. The nice semi private porch was a good spot for us to enjoy either a nice complimentary coffee watching the sunset or adult beverages at night all while having a beautiful view of the bayou. The onsite restaurant had super delicious food. And i definitely cannot forget the game room that included a pool table, foozeball, & ping pong table. We certainly recommend this place.

I stayed in the villas. They were nice inside. I'm rather large, so I sunk thru the soft mattress. The large Villas have full kitchens if you prefer to cook yourself. The ride to the Villas was through an area I thought was abandoned, but quickly changed once out of the city.

Worst experience ever! The bathroom was full of stains and was dripping dirt and dirty water from the roof of the bath shower. I've checked out right after 1 night although I've initially booked it for 3 nights.

The room I reserved was Small, which was fine, but did not have any chair, table very small trashcan and no microwave, but there was a refrigerator. The bed was not comfortable. It was very soft, sinked down, pillows were very soft, the comforter was made from polyester the bedsheet everything was made out of polyester, and so not comfortable.

I had no idea this place existed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & being near water was calming. The restaurant on site had nice local food options. My only complaint was not having a microwave in our room. Overall, decent stay away from central city, gated & quiet. I would def recommend.

We had a great stay at Sea Brook Villa. I thought we would be staying on a floating villa though and turned out to be a room like a motel, with a mini fridge and coffe maker. It is close to the water though with seats and table on the deck to sit and watch the boats go by as well as the sunsets. Everyone was super friendly and the restaurant on site serves great food and makes a wonderful Hurricane! I would definitely come here again and will recommend to my friends and family!!

This property is geared towards taking care of campers. Our tv never worked right the entire time despite numerous requests to fix it. Cleanliness was an issue.

If you book with them you can book a tiny home or a houseboat. It is away from all the craziness of downtown. The staff is friendly and very helpful!
