Great location very close to the Asahibashi station.
The hotel is old, and it wasn’t clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave, so you can purchase food at Lawson next to hotel and eat them in your room. The basic room is very small for two adults. The staff were very friendly.

Some livemax hotels are recent. This one is not one of them.
But it will do as it's cheap and in a good location.
Not my first choice, but nothing bad to say about it.

The room was very small and dimly lit. And the most painful thing was that the smell of air freshener or deodorant stuck to the whole room and it was really painful. Furthermore, the faucet in the unit bath was dripping water, so when I tried to turn it off, it was so hard that it was impossible for a woman to turn it, so it ended up dripping in the middle of the night. As for the cleaning, there was hair on the chair...and something like mold. I have stayed at Livemax hotels in various places, and the others were just ordinary business hotels, but this one was really surprising.

The environment is very good, very clean and sanitary. There is a Lawson supermarket downstairs and the prices are not expensive. There is a ramen shop opposite. It is very close to the subway. It is really comfortable. I will come back next time.

The itinerary during the free trip to Okinawa is compact and the accommodation feels like it. The accommodation arrangement in Okinawa tourist hotels is a bit of a detail issue. There are some similar environmentally friendly supplies stores.

When I entered the room, it smelled moldy and there was mold on the wall and for some reason the wall was torn. I booked a smoking room but there was no ashtray so I had to go to the reception to get one. The staff was very helpful.
