Nasu Onsen Sanraku

踏着秋葉的腳步，來到了山裡那須山樂，温泉之旅中的一站，非常的享受忘卻了一切煩惱，放鬆的心情與友把酒言歡，不枉秋末此行，巳經在計劃下一個目標啦。

I decided to go to a hot spring in Nasu with my 93-year-old mother, and out of several options, I chose Sanraku because I had stayed there before and my mother was familiar with it. The room was on the 4th floor with a great view overlooking the Nasu Highlands, just like last time. The open-air bath was the largest of any hot spring I've ever stayed at, and it was surrounded by trees, and there were no other guests, so I was able to relax. The food was delicious, including bowls, sashimi, fried foods, Tochigi beef, and corn rice. My elderly mother also left out some fried food and Tochigi beef, but she ate the rest. All of the staff members who dealt with us were very nice. In particular, the young female staff member who was in charge of dinner was very helpful and made the meal enjoyable. If you use a wheelchair, there are a few stairs in some places, which can be a problem, and the facilities feel old, but I would stay again to enjoy the view from the room, the open-air bath, and the food. .

I feel like I threw money down the drain. Even though I had high hopes, I was betrayed and disappointed. It was an inn that I felt strongly that it was not worth the price of all the inns I have stayed in so far. We decided on Nasu Sanraku because there were many people who rated it highly in word of mouth. I don't usually write reviews, but I have a strong desire to prevent more people from wasting their precious time and money like me, so I'm posting this time. "The most disappointing thing was the food." I thought I was being made a fool of. I felt that the appearance and the food content were at a low level compared to other inns with the same price. The content of the meal was so disappointing that I didn't even feel like eating the last dessert, so I declined. Regarding customer service, there is not enough attention and attention from the front desk. It was an inn that made me realize that paying a high price does not mean that you can receive good service. If you can continue with the same food and service, I would like you to review the price. In a sense, I was interested in how amazing it is that this service maintains this price.

I stayed in the bed room on the 4th floor of the West Building. The outside view is good, but it is the farthest from the public bath. There are many stairs and steps in the room and in the hall, so it may be difficult for elderly people. The staff are well-educated in a high-class inn, and they greet you properly even when you pass each other. Mr. Nakai, who was in charge of the meal, was also a very nice person. The hot springs have a mellow quality that flows directly from the Daimaru source. The water temperature was not too hot and it was a suitable temperature, so I was able to enter slowly. The amount of food was just right, and they were served at the right time. It may not be enough for those who eat a lot. There are some unfortunate points. In the large communal bath, slippers are put in vinyl and brought in. The bag is wasteful and troublesome. Is there any other way to prevent misplacement? It's nice to have towels in the large communal bath, but I think it's a good idea to put them in vinyl one by one. I think it's a measure against corona, but I've never seen an inn that does that much. Garbage is also generated, and I think it's environmentally friendly. I was disappointed that there was not enough manpower to clean the large communal bath, replenish the towels, and clean up. I stayed at a relatively cheap plan this time, but I would like you to review it a little more if it is an inn of this class.

今回は西那須野からの送迎バスを利用させてもらいました。安全運転で、大きなバスで驚きました。到着してのスタッフのお迎えも丁寧で温かみを感じました。今回の部屋は西館4階でしたが眺めも良く懐かしく感じられました。お部屋はリメイクされていましたが一部に以前のものも適切に利用されていて嬉しくも思いました。温泉も料理も堪能しました。20年ぶりくらいの宿泊でしたが、以前と変わらずすべてにおいて大満足しました。スタッフの方々が世代交代されていましたがどなたも好感度が高く嬉しく思いました。
