Towel, pillow cases, bed sheets are not replaced for 2 days. 2 garbage bins full of garbage not cleared until i checked out. Cockroaches crawling from toilet drainage hole into room I left the room at 09.00 hrs, returned at 18.00 hrs - bed not make up. Happened for the 3 nights i stayed there. I will not return to stay in this hotel.

Location wise it is best location since it is near grand batam mall. However in terms of cleanliness, they still need to improve on the cleanliness of the rooms. Inside the room can smell the moulds which is not good for the health of their tourists. The bed sheets all have stains and a bit smelly due to the moulds. The staff are all friendly and accommodating which is one of the best on this hotel. Safety is also one of the best because they have 24/7 guard on duty and the lift access is great as well which only accessible the floor you are assigned with the given key card. Overall it is still a great choice budget friendly for tourist.

The bed linen is terrible, it's clearly very old, a brownish color, and the towel is also full of holes. Tiny cockroaches are running all over the table and the bed, it's just awful. The walls need painting. I don't recommend it.

It's too narrow room. The hanger terrible. Towel is too old and yellowish.

Great location

Superb location, walking distance to Grand Batam mall and A2 food centre. Rooms are extremely small, spartan but decently clean (used very loosely) and ultra thin walls. Would recommend only to people that need a room to sleep and out the whole day. Not a place to hangout in, just cold air conditioning to crash and recharge for another day or shopping/partying etc.

The hotel was relatively close to the many malls and wet market, but the only problem is that the rooms have poor facilities, there were blackout in some days for awhile and the rooms had condensation forming in its flooring, had itchy skins after staying.

The room is small. The blanket, bedsheets and pillowcases were old and yellowish. The toilet also look terrible. The body soap provided wasn’t refilled, empty.

Location near shopping center and hawker, room very small

Room is small however location is superb, within walking distance between 2 shopping mall. Not to worries about food, many stall and food court next to/near hotel

A nice spot in front of road facing to grand batam and walking distance to BCS. Surprisingly a nice n cosy hotel...if u take up the suite.hahahaha.. other room... Very cosy and compact... Love the location and convenient of shops and eatery next door... Places to shop, and massage or spa within walking distance... Down side.. cleanliness... Towel have hairs on it.. n smell abit funky.... Ohhh yahhh if u read other comments, most would bring out the room not cold... It's because of the Aircon placement which kinda weird.

Great location that's near Grand Batam, which has almost everything you need! If you are tired of malls, there is also street food on the same side of the hotel where you can get local delights! Also, there are alot of massage places around the corner!
