After booking it 2 months ahead and calling ahead 12 hours ago, we had a Terrible stay !!. After checkingvin at 2:30a, we had to deal with plumbing issues - the bathroom sink and shower would not drain. We had to shower standing in dirty water. The bathroom had zero ventilation. The staff came and told us that was not a bid deal and that they would fix them in the morning. Next day we had to check out. One good thing was that they stored our luggage for 2 hours after check out.

Very noisy as building work ongoing outside. Every morning had rat running up wall at breakfast. Reception very polite and helpful. Would not go back due to the rat problem. Room was nice, clean warm

The toilet paper rolls were so slim that we had to ask for extra every day - we were still adjusting to the delicious but spicy local cuisine. A room on the same floor got painted and the hallways smelled as a result. Stains and dust on some walls in the room and bathroom. The hotel restaurant was iffy and empty. There was however an excellent independent restaurant located next to the hotel. Our stay was pleasant and there were no other issues besides the ones mentioned.

It’s in a central location to shops in Fort. The hotel is decent, but not anything fancy
