We were reaching Salamanca at 10.30pm and emailed the hotel to let them know and they replied reassuring me that there is a 24 hour reception which was very nice of them. Location was great as we wanted to walk around the old town, only the Roman bridge to cross. The price (room only) wad very good for the 4 star hotel it is. We paid 10 euro each for a buffet breakfast, where there was quite a lot of choice - I loved the pan con tomate (bread with olive oil and tomato which is a typical spanish thing!). The room as super clean and big, bathroom well equiped. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We will not hesitate to come back on our next visit!

Warm service, convenient underground parking, large room, clean, quiet, moderate bed. Tired of playing, dinner at the hotel, tastes good. You can walk to the attractions, not far away. There is a big supermarket below the hotel.

We have been a group of over 30 people this weekend in a friendly event, and it is impossible to have treated us better. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is located outside Salamanca, very easy and fast to enter, and with free parking at the door, you can't ask more, and to go to the center a taxi cost us very cheap, so the situation did not weigh. The rooms are very good, the bed is very comfortable... No picking any we go. Very recommended

It was such an enjoyable stay at this hotel because our bedroom was beautiful and spacious. The views from our window were fabulous. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice but it has room for improvement in terms of choices of menu. Fabulous hotel and we will definitely return.

The hotel is impressive. It has a unique entry where you can sit, take something and be happy because there is a bar right there and you can ask what you want. The room where we stayed was huge. The XXL bed. I think all double rooms will be like that. The Spa is super good. It is compulsory to wear clothes and hats. The towels make them available free there. There is also bottled water for free drinks in the Spa. There are three spa pools and one of children that appear to be closed at this time. The breakfast buffet is very good, the staff of the hotel very pleasant. We will return to the safe pq once we feel very good.

The hotel has its own large car park for easy self-driving tour. The hotel is in an excellent location, overlooking the old town of Salamanca. The hotel restaurant service is very good, the breakfast is rich and the quality is high. The ”Spanish sirloin” in the local dinner set is full of heat and meat, which is worthy of special recommendation. The hotel lobby and room cleaning service maintains the brand's consistently high standard and is satisfactory.

The location of the hotel door is not good parking, we parked on the side of the road, there is a small brother parking, do not need to do it yourself, need to pay parking fees. The room is good, very European, 3 people stay, the third person is the sofa bed, the furniture is enough, not far from the sights, are walking.

It is 2 km from the railway station and only 5 euros by taxi. There is no need for a bus for 3 people, and there is no bus in front of the bus. The hotel is very quiet, there is a net red restaurant 50 meters walk, you need to book in advance. The room facilities are relatively new, the room is large, the bathroom function is partitioned, but the bathtub and shower are integrated. The toilets in the public areas are also clean and can be seen with care. The front desk was very welcoming and the breakfast was great, especially with the savory fritters and a variety of hams for a fee of EUR 9. It is the operation of the hot drinks machine is not very convenient, causing queues.

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.
