Visited this resort today with the hope of having quality time with family. They've charged us 1050 taka each for a buffet lunch and use of the facilities. Our excitement didn't last long for the following reasons; 1. The facilities within the resort were VERY limited. Basically a small play area for little kids which you'll find in local park in UK. Or most wealthy people's backgrounds in Bangladesh. However they did have a beautiful lake but in order to use any of the boats you have to pay & it's not cheap, 2500 taka for an quick ride. They have a small swimming pool but it didn't look welcoming. No one was monitoring the pool hence no user's. 2. You can walk around the resort and take few photos in less than 15 minutes. Simply, nothing there to entertain you or excite you. 3. Now let's talk about the buffet lunch. So, we entered the dinner hall and witnessed dishes being served by resort staff rather than self serve. We had to stand with plate (reminded of my school day's) & they serve small amount of food less than kid's portion. If you request for bigger portion or more they rudely decline. In summary = MUST AVOID !!! unless you are willing to be disappointed and waste your hard earned money. I know the hotel management will delete my Facebook review because their Facebook account states "Most relevant is selected, so some comments may have been filtered out". This shows they don't have confidence in their service. Hopefully they can't play dirty with TripAdvisor.
