There is no lift, so best to travel light, but receptionist assisted us carrying baggage to our rooms and on departure, bringing it down. Good facilities - microwave and refrigerator. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to metro and centrally located Baggage room for checkout for late evening departures Reception said we could wait in restaurant until 7 pm as we had a night train to catch, to Saint Petersburg. It seems the manager was not too happy to see us waiting in the restaurant, and probably for not ordering any food or drink. Perhaps the manager appeared rude as we were there, as the receptionist said we could wait in the restaurant, and there weren’t any customers waiting for our table! Good selection for breakfast, though not buffet. The single person took orders, cooked/prepared and served in fairly decent time. She does a great job. By the way it is at least half an hour from Red Square, bur the public transport is pretty good, especially the metro.

Everything about this place is just perfect! . Close to Line 1, few minutes walking distance from Krasnoya Varota Exit 2 station. Great neighbourhood and easy to find. I think I've never stayed any place more clean then this one. You get everything you need, slippers, towels. It is a small room but spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Everyone was so friendly and polited, breakfast was tasty and fresh. I would stay here every time.

С 12 по 19 июля мы с мужем жили в отеле А.Костерев. Цена и качество абсолютно соответствуют друг другу. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Номер маленький (хотя и улучшенный двухместный), но на двоих места хватило. Уборка - каждый день, бельё чистое. В гостинице очень тихо, не слышно не только шума оживлённой улицы, но и соседей. Читала в отзывах, что были трудности при поиске гостиницы в первый раз. Да, у нас тоже. А всё просто. На Тверской, 9 встаньте спиной к Кремлю и поверните в Брюсов переулок (налево), затем сразу же ещё раз налево. Пройдите 4-5 шагов и поверните направо (там будет какое-то кафе, а сразу за ним - гостиница). её несомненный плюс - расположение в самом центре города, шаговая доступность до метро и Кремля. А ещё в доме 9 на Тверской замечательный магазин ”Евроспар”. Там есть всё необходимое, а самое главное - вкусная и разнообразная еда по очень демократичным ценам. Из минусов - отсутствие места в номере, где можно было бы посидеть. Например, в нашем номере 202, рассчитанном на двоих, была всего одна пластиковая табуретка. Ну, и кровать, разумеется. На кровати белое постельное бельё, а сверху, к сожалению, нет какого-нибудь пледика или покрывала... Да, вот ещё что. Дарю владельцам гостиницы идею для арт-пространства: предложите постояльцам привезти в ваш отель магнитик из того города, откуда приехал гость. Вы будете представлять, как широка география вашего гостеприимства, а люди прочувствуют, что они интересны вам. Ну, и будет красиво.
