Hotel room was clean and tidy with all necessities! Staff were also very help and polite. Great location and it is easily accessible to Duomo and Milano city Centre.Also, Parking was available with charges. Will come back next time!

The hotel is close to the metro and bus lines, so it's easy to get to tourist spots. The breakfast was also great. The price may be a little high for the quality.

Unfriendly staff, you will not even be welcomed when you enter/exit the lobby. We went for breakfast 45 minutes after room opening hours, but the bread hadn't arrived yet, and there were no eggs/hot dishes. Finally the dry toast arrived, which was not edible. The walls were very thin, and we were woken up until 1 am by a neighbor gathering. I don’t know where the 5 stars come from, but it’s certainly not good value for money. Only the location is good and the center.

We have stayed here a few times and cannot fault the hotel. Very convenient location and the staff are always extremely helpful. One of our "go to" hotels in Milan.

It is a great 👍 hotel, elegant, very clean, superb service, kind and thoughtful staff. I would love to call this small and lovely hotel: old beauty. Every morning breakfast was super delicious. I would love to stay in this hotel again. I highly recommend this beautiful small treasure located not far away from the heart of Milano, but some distance away to enjoy different part of this great city, Milano. Great staff - property clean but older and construction must be ongoing for years - little impact other than surrounding road but fine stay.
