Hotel location is very good, the surrounding environment is very American. There are 2 in the hotel lobby and there will be a waiter at the door. After verifying the information, as long as the car is parked there, there will be someone responsible for the baggage and parking. When using the car, you can make an appointment to pick up the car to stop the door. The hotel room is large and the balcony is beautiful. However, the facilities are outdated and the light switches are unreasonable. Sanitary napkins tend to accumulate water. The room we booked did not bring breakfast. We had breakfast at one of the 11th floors. The environment was good, the breakfast style was beautiful, but the price was very beautiful. It took more than 100 knives for 2 packages plus 18% of consumption. Regarding the event, the 11-story pool renovation has not been open for several years. On the top floor there is an open-air swimming pool and bar, swimming starts at 7 o'clock. There will be a party at 11 o'clock in the evening. Although I have never been to it, I heard that it is very lively and is a famous place in the area. Summary: For those who like the environment and love to play, the hotel is still OK, but as a parent-child, the hotel's price/performance ratio is very low, it can be said that it is not worth the price.

So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

This was a great hotel experience for New Year's Eve weekend for the 2021 Orange Bowl as the UGA football team had this as their base hotel. The hotel went all out to decorate in Red and Black for the weekend and were very responsive. Many special-purpose rooms were available for team and family use. The hotel threw a great New Years Eve party that was rocking well into the morning even after we returned from the football game. In addition, there was live music in Bayfront Park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no lack of places to celebrate New Years. Our room was on the bayside and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and well-appointed, with sofa seating and both a large table and a separate desk near the window to enjoy the view. There are no balconies attached to the rooms. There is an outside pool that opens on the third floor from the spa and salon, with separate men's and ladies' locker rooms. We went out to the pool in the mornings on both days since at this time of year the water is cool and there is only morning sun on the pool and pool deck. In the afternoon the pool deck is fully shaded by the adjacent condo tower since the sun is low. There is some afternoon sun this time of year in a grassy areas off the pool deck where the sun is not blocked until later in the afternoon. There are many large umbrellas around the pool chaise lounges if the sun is too hot. Unfortunately, we found that the outdoor pool bar and pool restaurant lounge have been closed for some time due to the pandemic, and the curtains up in the windows block what would be a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay through all the glass. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are all updated and present a top-notch appearance. It is easy to walk to several convenience stores in the area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends if they needed a hotel in this area of town.

This hotel is really good. It's close to the beach and still dt. There are not many tourists. The hotel is not noisy or noisy. It's not like my friend's southbeach. I have been to Miami a few times and feel that this hotel is really no.1. Now it's hot season. One day, I grabbed 1200 a night and usually it is 1600, but the swimming pool closed a little earlier. The disadvantage is that there is no fan in the bathroom. My boyfriend's shit stinks. There is also water from Fuji, which is not offered voluntarily every day. In addition, it is full score. There are a lot of delicious food downstairs, and it is not very far from the seaside park, south beach, little Havana, and design district. It takes 10-20 minutes to take a taxi. The hotel is very new, unlike some small American inns that I lived in in the past! I really wanted to write a good review, so I took a photo. There is no special need to live by the sea, and if you want a slightly lower price near the downtown, you can consider it~ The front desk is also very patient and service with a smile😁

Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses. Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe. Our room had one window which was very high at 2meters and we couldn’t see anything. Also, constant noise of the air-con engibes atop the building.
