First of all, this is not Trump brand hotel. Trump hotel is located in Miami downtown. I did not know it till now. We spent money in the gift store for nothing because we want to support Mr. Trump. They should rename the hotel name. Don't fool the tralvelers.
The hotel needs a renovation. The roof and entry wall have stains. Looks kind of dirty for 4**** hotel. The room is spacious but not worth for 4**** hotel and again NOT Trump brand hotel.

The beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! A meal for two people is $126, + this + that fee, and finally charged $210.58. The additional fees are really high! There is no Trump's taste at all!

******* should tell you about resort fees and what the heck do they use that money for. Also I always enjoyed shuttles to get there and back and would improve the business. Beautiful property. Front guest guy could have been nicer about money it was pay up or get out after I paid big bucks for the stay

The tile in the shower loose. There is no hand shower.
For around $450 per night we did not expect cheap plastic cups in the room.
on a positive: staff and cleaning lady very nice,
I forgot my Ipad and security was great to make sure I'll get it back; the mattresses very comfy.
