衞生不好，房間有很重的煙味，服務太差勁了。辦理入住時跟前台説了帶小孩子住，前台不理睬，安排了一個很重煙味的房。叫前台換房，前台要我自己下去前台拿房卡，結果下去前台看到辦公室坐着幾個穿白色衣服的人在那裡閑聊，應該是管理人員吧！這管理太差了！拿了房卡換到這間房，牀頭櫃竟然擺着這玩意，叫服務員過來搬走，服務不樂意還説放衣櫃裏面！住過那麼多維也納，這是最差勁的一家。維也納的服務越來越差，房間還放這些小童不宜的玩意，酒店服務員還不願意搬走！太差勁了！
