Appart-Hotel Marrakech Inn

We went for Iftar and it was amazing, good service great welcome delicious varied buffet, salty and sweet at a very reasonable price we had a very nice evening, I highly recommend it

The hotel is very average. The location is close to the city center however it is located in a popular residential area. No parking. The apar**ent is clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel staff is very pleasant. Very basic breakfast. The big downside of the hotel is the swimming pool. It is located on the 6th floor and the water comes up to the knees of an adult. It is obviously a swimming pool for small children, however the hotel does not mention this size detail and simply says that it has a large swimming pool, which is not true. There is a second swimming pool linked to the SPA but there is a charge for it. Another thing that bothered us was the noise in the corridors since the hotel in general is not spacious and narrow in all dimensions.

The truth is that the apar**ent is beautiful, it lacks things like sevietas, glasses and things from the kitchen. The trea**ent of the fatal staff, you ask him for something, he tells you he is there. Without any help. I had 3 nights but I couldn't stand it for only one. I do not advise it.

Wonderful, small and above all clean apar**ent hotel. The rooms are extremely spacious. The roof terrace is always filled with locals as well as hotel guests, the pool was made accessible to hotel guests beyond opening hours, so that we were able to view Marrakech from the water even at night. The staff around the restaurant, reception, spa area and hygiene are always courteous and extremely friendly. Prices for the spa area are also okay, although we have no reference, at least in Morocco. The area is quiet, although not particularly inviting - but by Moroccan standards it is absolutely fine and you can get to all the famous sights within 5 minutes by taxi for just a few dirhams. I would like to say a very special thank you to the receptionist Bensmain, who impressed us with his excellent service and gave us numerous useful tips for exploring the city and the surrounding area. So if you want to take things a little quieter in Marrakech and still be close to the hustle and bustle, this hotel is the best choice!

Great aparthotel not far from Gueliz. Positive points: Good location, maaaagnificent service!!!! Well done to the team!!! The staff takes great care and is available! They bend over backwards to meet all our needs without overdoing it. Just perfect. Thank you to the team, to the receptionists, especially to Bensmaîn! Great rooftop pool! The dishes and snacks are very good and really cheap! From 40 dhiram to 120 + - Thank you to the waiters and waitress at Sky Really who took good care of us. We were supposed to stay 1 night, we stayed 3 nights! The spa is good without more (not very satisfied with my hair removal unfortunately) and massage is good without more. But very nice beautician! Negative points: The air conditioning in the deluxe rooms needs to be reviewed. The system is not very good because it is very cool in the living room and not at all in the bedroom. (But in the standard rooms it is perfect) Breakfast too simple for my taste but still good so it's okay... Thanks again to you I will come back!
