We stayed here for a week. The hotel is in the Medina super well located. It is a little oasis in the middle of the hectic streets. The rooms are very nicely put together in an authentic Moroccan style. The team is super friendly and extremely helpful.

We really had the best stay - the most beautiful thing was returning from the bustle of nearby markets and feeling at home amongst friends in a quiet calm oasis - fabulous food from Hind and service by Omar - all staff outrageously good - would not consider staying anywhere else / theses people have become our family / amazing xxxxx

Beautiful place with a courteous and effective team. From the nice smell you feel when with first enter the Riad to the cleanliness of the rooms. The owners have taken care of all decoration, making it pleasant for the eyes. A place worth staying, very well located.

Incredible moroccan food in a perfect localization. With an excellent service. Thank you very much! Very peacefull moment. We enjoy a lot pastilla and tajine. We will come soon, and we will repeat in this restaurant!

I had really great experience in stay here which is very Quiet , tidy and rally cosy so I recommend to try stay here when you visit Marrakesh city because the location for it also it’s adjoining for the most famous places in Marrakesh ( Jamma alfana) and other attractions place .

Muy acogedor y tranquilo, la habitación triple me encantó , solo comentar que al estar en un segundo piso el agua no llegaba con fuerza. Todo el personal muy amable y servicial. El patio algo pequeño y de algo de agobio cuando están mas de dos mesas desayunando. El patio está algo dejado, las paredes tienen humedad y le falta algo de retoques. El desayuno increible de bueno, todos los días ponían algo diferente. La ubicación de 10, justo a 3 minutos de la plaza.

Tornata dopo 10 anni e trovato sempre un ottima accoglienza , un posticino incantato! Dopo le camminate in giro per Marrakech tornare in quest’oasi di pace è rassicurante! Inoltre i piatti del ristorante davvero ottimi!pulizia e personale top!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Geniale Lage, dennoch absolut ruhig - man kann tagsüber schnell mal in dieses feine Refugium flüchten, um sich auszuruhen. Das freundliche wie hilfsbereite Personal liest dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Abends entspannt man bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier auf der gemütlichen Dachterrasse. Eigentlich will man gar nicht mehr weg. Wir fanden, dass die Nebensaison (November, Dezember) eine tolle Option ist, um Marrakesch mit etwas weniger Touristenstress zu genießen. Danke Alexandra, danke Ahmed und all euren tollen Mitarbeitern, dass ihr uns den Aufenthalt im wunderbaren Riad 11 Zitoune so fein gemacht habt!
