It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

An excellent hotel in every way. The only drawback is the location, since it is necessary to pay for taxis continuously to go and return to the city of Marrakech (250DH-350DH) each way. For the rest, personally, probably the best hotel in Marrakech, simply spectacular!

The service is really mediocre. The wrong information at breakfast time is just to shirk responsibility, but the price is really good, and it is far from the city. It is suitable for playing golf in a hotel vacation

Such an amazing day spent at the Fairmont in Marrakech. Amine and Ahmed were fantastic! They gave us some Amazing service, thank you so much! Made the day so much better, when we had lunch at the restaurant… the three courses that we had were all absolutely delicious. Thanks so much again!

Beautiful lobby, but staff could be more receptive and warmer. Way out of town; more regular complimentary shuttle would help overcome this problem. No complimentary bottled water at departure as should be the case at a luxury property. No Chromecast on TVs. Spa costs are the same as Europe/ US, which give far lower labour costs, should not be ht case

This is definitly one of the best hotels I stayed at. It is like a private oasis with amazing Views. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well arranged and spacious. Breakfast is excellent and I also tried the diner restaurant (italian) and it was really good. It is an expensive hotel but still worth the price.

The Fairmont is set in a beautiful location looking out to the Atlas Mountains away from the busyness of Marrakech. We had dinner in the hotel’s 2 restaurants which both provided excellent meals and great service. We used the concierge service who booked a city tour as well as obtaining a top dinning reservation for us in Marrakech which meant a lot to us. Our family suite was amazing!!! Just two comments to make which would have made the difference between 4 to 5 stars on this review. At the lovely swimming pool area, complimentary water is not provided to guests which I would expect at this standard of hotel. Also the sun loungers are basic and cushions on the sun loungers would have been really appreciated to fully enjoy your time in the sun in such a beautiful setting.

The stay was fabulous and the personel was very nice, sweet, helpful during our stay. Warm welcome and would recommemd everyone who os looking for a real 5 star resort with excelent view. Zakaria and all colleagues at the pool were very nice as well and Miri, Maryam, Ghita who personally make sure our stay was perfect and of course the ones we didn't mentioned by name who were also mot to forget. Thank you very much and hope to see you again.
