Stayed here for 3 days in March. Unexciting breakfasts with same cheap warteg menu for 3 days straight. Also they forced guests (even women and children) to walk (re: climb) even in the pouring rain to get to their car cause they didnt want to open the entrance to the parking hall. Hope they changed.

Reception is very friendly, dear pass in my book for the double type but that I can twin bed become one, hot water in the bathroom is not working. Wifi in the room is very bad, the room is not soundproof, I stayed at the staff enginering was checking sound in the meeting room and the sound was very noisy. The position is already midnight, maybe more attention to the future

RYAN, DYA, WULAN... thanks for being so flexible during my early check in. also I concerned about membership point as I stayed couple of times already. However thankfully these two staff DYA, RYAN are very quick in willing to help to find my membership and attach on my booking. DYA is very helpful every time I called she was very articulate and gave a quick service! It was very nice stay and I couldn’t be happier to be a member of Accor guest! Can’t wait to stay in another part of Accor properties! Thank you.
