The Chiba crab was incredibly delicious! I've never had one with so much roe and such sweet meat. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic, and the beef was truly amazing. Everything was great. Honestly, it's the best hotel buffet I've ever had. The hot spring area is also beautiful, and the outdoor baths are absolutely stunning. You can even enjoy a snow view from the sauna. This price is completely worth it. I think the Chiba crab is probably available on weekends; I visited on a Friday. I saw some reviews mentioning it wasn't available, which I assume means on Sundays, but even without it, all the other food makes it well worth the price.

Location is easy access to all attractions especially Bear park and walking street but we came at winter time the road full of snow so we used free service shuttle van to the park additional safe 200yen per person for buying ticket at front service from the hotel. Onsen room is spacious and have 2-3 different water, iron bath, salt bath, cool bath, outside onsen are very nice natural rock small garden.

The location is very strategic. It was located near to bus station, eateries and attractions. The breakfast and dinner was great. Quite disappointing there is no king crab for our dinner buffet. The onsen was great was well.

Located close to bus stop. There are couple of hot springs inside the hotel with an option of renting a public bath. Breakfast and dinner are exquisite buffets with a lot of options to choose from. Food is astonishing. Hot springs are relaxing. The japanese room was a little rough with clear signs of wear.

Room is abit old. But ok. The buffet dinner is so so. Many varies and raw food like salshimi. But no big crab. Onsen is ok. Only enjoy one time. From the noboribetsu station. You need to take a bus to the bus stop by 15 mins drive and pay around jpy450 per trip.

The facilities overall are quite old as compared to the nearby hotel but all necessary facilities like restaurant, hot spring, tatami rooms are available. Staffs are responsible and hardworking. Car parking for those who are driving here is free of charge. Varieties of food are provided in both the dinner and breakfast session. Overall recommend.

Great service from the hotel staff. Hotel room is a little old but it's clean and the bed is comfortable. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the Onsen. They rotate the left & right side of the onsen between male and female everyday. Which is great because you get to view on both side. They have a few different onsen 'pool' - sulfur , salt, iron, cold onsen. The outdoor onsen is best with the waterfall view. The dinner package is definitely worth the money. Beer is not included in the package but the local beer is a must try especially the ipa.
