Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Madrid

The hotel staff opened my door immediately after knocking my door for 1 sec. Didn't allow time for me to react and straight step into my room while I am still in the room. There is no drinking water given. Also, when I asked for kettle (which is very common for hotel to provide it together with tea bag and coffee), the reception told me that I have to rent it from them. It costs Euro 5 for the kettle.

Within a ten-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Parque de El Retiro. It's not far to walk to the city center. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large and fully equipped. Very good stay experience.

Really pleasant stay at Hotel Ópera Madrid. The room is cleaned daily to a have standard and had a modern touch with the decor. I particularly liked the window shutters which completely blocked out the light for an afternoon siesta. The only downside to my stay was the loud noises throughout the night, my room was situated on the first floor above a service entrance so there was a lot of banging which distrusted my sleep. However, the location was amazing and is close to the main sites. I would definitely look to stay here again.

The hotel’s location was very convenient, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The downside was that the room was very basic and small. The bathroom was average even though the shower was very nice. The general facilities lack amplitude. The size of the pool is really small. It is like a kid’s pool. The gym is very small as well. Overall, it is a good hotel but its facilities could be better.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping and going to and from the airport. The hotel facilities are also very new, much better than expected. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and respond very quickly.

2 nights there. Very nice checking, eye-contact, body language, speech, correct approaching and fast. I felt welcome. The hotel: I loved the kind like dark-atmosphere, it's not a sun-like bright hotel, it's elegant and classic. Don't expect cheap Chinese LEDs ON every corner. Furniture and colors are very inviting to a relaxed state of mind. The room was big enough, classical furniture, 2 comfy armchairs, heavy and blocking light curtains do the job. Bed, quite comfy and big. Wrong pillows. I would have enjoyed more if a 3rd (extra) bed wasn't there. Is the idea to make me feel more lonely? :-) Reception made a cock-up. I'm single traveler, I booked for 2. I didn't bother to ask to remove Soundproofing: once you step out of the lift: no echo on large aisle. Carpets floors all over, solid furniture plus all the surrounding trees makes the trick. Once inside the room: you hear next door people having a conversation, doors opening. Seriously! It really sucks! I went ill, upset stomach and I didn't felt relaxed to use the closed as much as needed. On the other hand: the adults games? How to manage it? Mute on? Parking is super. It's approved even for those with only 2 remaining points on theirs driving license. :-) I would come back as a single traveler. My greetings to the cleaning staff. Good job. Thank you.

This hotel is very close to Atocha station, so very suitable for me as i travel to Barcelona and Toledo from Atocha. The hotel looks quite new and clean. I like the modern interior design. They also allowed me to put my luggage in the hotel after check out for 3 days when i traveled to Barcelona, that provides great convenience for me! Overall, can consider this hotel again if visit Madrid in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Puerta América and had a mixed experience. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were delays with room service on multiple occasions. Additionally, while the hotel boasts of its luxury, some amenities felt a bit dated, especially considering the price point. The location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, which is great if you’re looking for a quiet stay, but it’s not ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the action. Overall, Hotel Puerta América is a stylish and unique hotel, but there are areas where improvements could be made to justify the cost and overall experience.

Good in location, near Atocha station. Good hotel facilities. Good star services. Good breakfast. BUT be careful to select the room, my room get a big column inside living room and bath room, very bad experience. I book the Superior twin room, but not superior, only at 1/F. No place to put our luggage, no table to put our accessories. May be you have to pay more to book large room will be better. And bad entrance design, you need to to go inside through a staircase, will be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

very good! Great experience and convenient transportation! Various scenic spots around are close to the train station. It is convenient to order takeout and take a taxi to the airport. The service staff is very friendly!
