ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. The room was immaculate so many little touches to make this stay great, included a pillow menu of choice. All the concierge staff were very helpful. As we visited in the low season, some of the pools were closed, though I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot hub! Thank you Jason for welcoming us and very helpful throughout our stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Say important things three times! I stayed at the Banyan Tree Hotel with great anticipation, but stayed up all night. The sound of running water in the hotel's swimming pool has been making it impossible to sleep. I called twice to fix it in the middle of the night, but it still didn't work. For the third time, I had no choice but to let him drain the water in the pool against the sleepiness. Enjoy and cry! For hotels with swimming pools, it is recommended to check before checking in! careful! But the service attitude is good

We stay in the okura macau for 1 night but we have experience best quality services. Upon checking in, front desk staff namely johnny and val help us to assist our bookings and introduce different types of activities to offer specially the Grand Resorts deck. Also they give some gift for my kids a cute teddy bear. My son was so happy after he received the toy. Also from the housekeeping staff jaypee and allan assist us. The room so clean . We promise to stay again this hotel for our next vacation in macau.

It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.

What a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff (Keya, Nicko, Tony). Upon arrival, my room was upgraded for free to a suite - 1.5 bathrooms, a separated living room and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The hotel was clean and everything in place. The only concern I had was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. Other than that, I can’t complain! Broadway Macau will now be my go-to hotel every year in Macau.

Very conveniently located as there are buses in front of the hotel and in front of galaxy to take you to Macau downtown . Just 20 mins walking distance to guan ye street . There’re 2 24/7 convenience shops on the left and eight of hotel and a dessert shop that serves very nice mango pomelo. Will certainly stay again or recommend to friends Hotel staff are very helpful too.

A short walk to Galaxy to catch free shuttle to other locations. The hotel serves breakfast which is a plus point. Didn't manage to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, such as the swimming pool as busy with sightseeing!

From the lobby the staff, receptionist, 2 housekeepers Jo with a note for our linen spray very neat clean & modern room up to lifeguard dexter & all. I like your concept for giving complimentary items. Then the easiest way for check-out! All are very awesome! I’ve been to several hotels. But this is my first time to this kind of service & amenities. With that price but the service is so so so overwhelming. All are attentive & polite.Also The happy hour, the welcome drinks & nuts thanks for this program/promo. Speaking of hotel building it’s a wow The modern touch interior! All were above my expectations. Surely will comeback & highly recommendable.

Haven’t been back to Macau Four Seasons for a couple of years whilst rooms and facilities are maintaining highest qualities. Probably it’s not the top picks for travellers given there are so many hotel choices in Macau, I still highly recommend Four Seasons through my experience of staying in most luxury hotels in Macau.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. The room is very big! Completely intelligent! The welcome fruits and desserts are amazing! The Figure 8 Ferris Wheel🎡 is well worth experiencing, and the hotel’s business and dining options are also very rich! But in comparison, the hotel's service is what needs to be praised most. The dedication, professionalism and patience of Xiaomai and Xiaohuang are admirable. They say it without shame, beating other hotels in Zhuhai by several blocks! If I have the chance to come to Macau again, I will definitely choose this restaurant!

We are a big family of 9 and all are amazed by the hospitality of Londoner, it is literally the best we have experienced. Special thanks to the hotel staffs: Mr Wiyi and Ms Sherry. Thank you for the warmest welcome services and help. It does make us feel like home. The food is also nice, esp for the cocktail session. It is a must try. And the breakfast at Wah Ting also cannot be missed. Will def come back again with all our families.

As always happy staying at Conrad hotels. Conrad Macao always deliver when it comes to amazing room views. In our room we can see the London clock tower and Wynn palace. The room is huge with a nice comfortable sofa. The best part is, hotel is connected to the mall, just ride the elevator and it is on the 2nd floor. Had a nice and comfortable stay at Conrad Macao.

Family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) booked two rooms. One room was available at 3pm, however the other room we had to wait until 6.20pm! Which was frustrating as check in time was supposed to be 3pm and it delayed our plans. 1st room was fine with no issues. However, the second room really smelled of cigarette smoke. We had asked for a non smoking room so this was very disappointing. We called reception straight away and after an hour of sorting they managed to find us another room. They reassured us that their housekeeping had checked the new room to ensure no smoke smelt. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the new room there also had cigarette smoke. With small children we cannot just suck it up and stay in the room. We called reception again and they came to investigate and put in an air purifier machine. By the time this was done it was near 9pm. They did leave a bowl of fruit for us 😊 and the next day they called to check everything was okay. Overall the kids loved the hotel. Waterpark was amazing, shuttle bus was great and loved all the Sanrio displays everywhere.

Be warned: Long queue for check in even on non-peak day. I give 5 star for the location, thats about it. The room is showing signs of aging, peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. The room amenities are the basic that I have seen in any 5 star hotels. I probably won't consider staying here again given so many newer hotels in the surroundings that cost about the same. The room actually smells unpleasant especially the bedsheet, hence, i didn't get to sleep through the night cos of the smell.

The lobby reception was incredibly nice and friendly. Not sure because I'm late check-in or what, they actually upgraded me to the room no. 1. The room was completely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Most important is, room no. 1 had an incredible view. During my check out, the staff also very helpful and manage to get me a taxi although during peak hours. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to some of the famous places. Besides the location, I'll rate it 10/10.
