Very satisfied with a hotel, worthy of this price. When I made a mistake at the time of booking, I saw that the room information showed that the facilities for the disabled were provided, and I didn’t think about it. I found that it was a special room for the disabled. It was really embarrassing. . . Before the check-in, the hotel contacted me via Ctrip and asked me about my check-in time. My answer may arrive at noon, which will be far earlier than the hotel's check-in time. The reply will be arranged according to the situation on the day. On the day of the check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and they were all ready. Thank you very much! The hotel was originally remodeled by the bank and opened only last year, new and atmospheric. There are seven or eight restaurants in the hotel lobby, and the taste is comprehensive. Geographically, it is located in the downtown area, walking close to the hotels around the Thames, and next to the subway station. The decor of the room is completely classic British style, the details are carefully polished, very special and very like. There are no less than 20 kinds of bath products, which is extremely luxurious. I saw a comment on the book saying that the sound of the music downstairs was noisy, but the actual experience was completely unrecognizable. The sound insulation of the window was well done. The sound of the door next door was noisy. This may be the only fly in the ointment.

No extra bed, the two beds have been joined together, with children can live together, good location, good breakfast, do not eat at noon in the morning, except for children who do not eat at night are not a big problem, there are convenience stores around not expensive

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location. It is clean and despite its location is very quiet- just the odd sirens to be heard! Breakfast was varied, plentiful and tasty. We have been here three times now since 2019 and standards are still very high. Each stay has been linked to running the London Landmarks half marathon. This year we were very touched when us runners were each offered a nice ‘goody bag’ in a brown paper carrier bag tied with ribbon. It contained a banana, a bottle of water and had a really lovely message attached to it! A gesture which was very much appreciated. Thank you Premier inn!

We booked for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, we were upgraded as it was a special weekend and our junior suite was beautiful, the views were lovely from our 3 windows and it was so easy to check in using the app. Will definitely be back.

Really friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable rooms and so quiet for restful night. Really enjoyed the breakfast selection and lovely terrace to relax with a drink. Great location from which to enjoy London, would highly recommend

Stayed for 11 nights. Good hotel in a touristy location. Helpful concierge. The roasted chicken in Brasserie Joel is delicious (had it thrice over a week). The 3-tier American sharing plate at Primo Bar is pretty good and with good wine in the house. Pity that housekeeping doesn't take pride in their work. After housekeeping services, found my clothes strewn on the floor and used towels thrown into the bathtub. Bed was hastily made up most times.
Corinthia London

The Corinthia met all of our very high expectations for a 5 star luxury hotel in London. All staff were professional, warm and attentive. In particular, the concierge (we dealt with Rafal and Dario) are sophisticated, knowing and responsive and provided great recommendations. Fab cocktails and live music at Velvet Bar. The suite had the perfect mix of contemporary elegance mixed with some British charm. Very well located for walking to attractions. Overall an excellent experience and we will certainly be back. Corinthia is a new favourite property in London.
