酒店地理位置在屏山大道286號，大堂裝修是古色古香風格，還有風箏演奏和書法展覽，我們一到酒店，有茶水和熱毛巾接待，前台工作人員服務周到，我們在附近租借了電單車，其中一位前台小姐姐還把自己的排插和雨衣借給我們使用，非常熱情友好，十分感謝。房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，大床睡得很舒服，同時還提供了免費的水果和飲料茶水，每天晚上回來還有糖水或者熱粥，性價比很高，下次有機會再來柳州，還會選擇這家酒店，十分推薦！

酒店所在位置去幾個景點都很方便，距離馬鞍山公園約兩公里，距離窯埠古鎮三點多公里，距離龍潭公園不到五公里，都是步行或幾站公交車就能到。 馬路對面的巷子裏，就有幾家螺螄粉店、桂林米粉店、腸粉店，想品嚐廣西特色小吃也很方便。 酒店的硬件上不算特別出彩，房間面積不算寬敞，停車在地面露天停車場。但在餐食和服務上特別用心。早餐、下午茶、宵夜均包含在房費裏免費享用，早餐的侗寨油茶是一特色，還有現做的螺螄粉、餛飩、麪條、手工粉、華夫餅、現磨咖啡，都是我喜歡的早餐。下午茶有茶、點心供享用。晚上有甜湯和鹹粥供享用，還有白煮蛋。如果願意，真的可以在酒店從早吃到晚，每天還不重樣。開夜床還會送水果。服務員也隨時笑臉相迎。 大堂有書吧，房間裏也放了幾本不同種類的書籍，特別有書香氛圍。 酒店到桂林機場每隔一小時有巴士接送，我是在大堂看到此訊息。早知有此趟來回巴士，我們就不用自駕到柳州了，可以飛機落地桂林後再到柳州酒店。
