1.房間電視不會開，建議貼出一個開機提示
2.服務人員比較nice，很快解決
3.問及車出口在哪裡，前台穿着單衣出來告知
4.退房後兩個自己的衣架忘記拿了，酒店沒有電話詢問，以前住過的酒店，有落下的東西酒店都會打電話問一下。不是放在酒店沒拿走就是不要了，以後注意。

不錯，在一個小地方里，感覺老闆的理念還是往星級發展，當時一樓補的早餐，攜程上沒有，感覺還是一起訂省錢，服務人員也認真，房間吃的免費，下次路過還會訂

酒店還行，縣城內還有如此，不僅驚訝。酒店大堂乾淨明亮，房間也不錯。就是停車相對難，還有酒店早餐就到9店，錯過就沒有了，其他都還好。

去小西天回來，晚上住到了永和縣裡唯一一家高檔酒店，條件確實不錯，房間大也很暖和。
洗衣房不在同一層，沒有卡去不了所以得麻煩阿姨幫忙送洗，拿回來時候都給掛了衣架。
附近沒有什麼餐廳就在酒店吃的，也直接給送到了房間，衹要了一份泉水煮羊，湯湯水水一大鍋，但是特別好喝，送了蘸料怎麼都好吃。早餐非常豐盛，雞蛋餅好多年不吃了，霜打過的柿子超甜，一口氣吃了仨。
倒黴的是昨晚又遇到酒蒙子鄰居了，應該是來開會的那種一車車中年***，半夜喝回來開着門吵架，你對我有意見之類的非得掰扯明白…

房間和服務都是好的。最討厭的是穿衣鏡上方射燈夜裡會突然亮起來，一夜亮了四次，睡得非常不好！打電話給前台，前台説一直這樣。那麼問題來了，既然一直這樣，酒店為什麼不解決問題？前台對於這樣的問題習以為常，説明入住客人一直收到這樣的困擾。這麼高的評分從哪兒來的！

永和最好的酒店，估計是政府接待外賓的吧。這環境好的與這個縣城是格格不入。酒店價格雖然有點小貴，但是這個環境在稍微大點的城市至少價格要翻倍了。唯一不太好的就是地庫太小了，車停的滿滿的，有點考驗技術

穿衣鏡上方射燈夜裡會莫名亮起，一夜突然亮了四次，嚴重影響睡眠！電話問前台怎麼處理，前台答覆這個問題一直存在，燈是感應燈，關不掉，前台對比問題習以為常，説明長久以來酒店並未想過解決問題！

永和最好的酒店沒有之一，來了必須住，性價比無敵。除了親子房，還定了行政雙床房，酒店設施新，房間大，服務好，我們到店快九點了，還麻煩酒店廚師加班點餐，關鍵是很好吃，價格一點都不貴。黃河大鯉魚一定要點，還有羊排也很好吃。酒店的早餐自助餐也很豐盛，好多水果，還有梨湯，真的愛了。總之一句話，來住就對了。
希望酒店越來越好，一定會推薦給身邊的朋友。

非常漂亮的酒店。環境很不錯。 房間很整潔，佈置及設施跟圖片是相同的。早餐是自助式的，食物都很豐盛，味道不錯。整體感覺退好。 前台及其他工作人員都很友善及細心。要給滿分。
