After checking in I followed the instructions to reach the room that was in the outer structure and after 10 minutes I was waging ( because the instructions were old and unclear at the hotel's words ) I came back and I was accompanied by the boy of the reception who confessed to me that he did not even know where to find my room because he was never out of the building and did not know where my room was; and I changed the room immediately because with moquettes. The hotel was not in the order and I had to add 10 euros to change room. I found little professionality and in a 4-star hotel I think it is not acceptable.
