The room was spacious and clean, and with the oxygen on at night, I didn't experience any altitude sickness at all. The breakfast even included noodles, tsampa, and butter tea, so I ate my fill before heading out, saving me from buying lunch. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a taxi to Potala Palace is just the starting fare. The money saved on transportation was enough to buy a bunch of souvenirs. After this stay, I felt the money was incredibly well-spent. Not because it was cheap, but because of the warmth that felt like coming home. She even adjusted our room's equipment and prepared oxygen facilities in advance, tailored to our situation, to help prevent altitude sickness. By pre-arranging every check-in detail, she ensured we felt completely reassured and cared for even before we arrived. Upon arrival and during our stay, Dekyi's service continued to be meticulous and attentive in every detail. She was gentle and sincere in her demeanor, yet efficient and reliable in her actions, patiently following up on our experience throughout. She regularly checked on our well-being and meticulously answered all our questions about sightseeing and dining. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the stool in the room wasn't wiped clean, and there was a hair tie (likely left by a previous guest) in the corner of the sofa. The hair in the shower wasn't cleaned for the entire 3-day stay, which makes me feel the cleaning staff's work needs improvement. The room is larger than many hotels in Lhasa and Vienna. It is spacious and bright! The sanitation is also very clean, which you can feel as soon as you enter the hall! And parking is super convenient. As soon as we asked for parking, the security staff very responsibly directed our car to the underground garage! The point is that the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very efficient! Whenever you have any questions, call the front desk and they will respond positively!
