The Excelsior Hotel
4.3/521 Reviews
The environment is good, quiet and safe. I really like it. The first time I stayed in a hotel in the Philippines, it had a restaurant and a swimming pool. Check-in is also very simple, requiring a deposit of 10,000 pesos, which will be refunded when checking out.
Sultana Ysabella Hotel and Event

The place is located along the busy road of Alabang-Zapote road and very accessible. At the top of the hotel, there's a rooftop bar wherein you can chill as you enjoy the nice view of the city. It's kind of tiring going up if you don't have access to the hotel elevator which is only accessible for their guests. The bar is open until 2AM which serves affordable food and drinks. The overnight stay is very affordable considering its accessible location. It's a decent place to stay especially if you're too lazy to go home after drinking. The receptionist is also honest enough to inform us that the room we're getting has an intermittent wifi and cable signal which we didn't mind as we are just there to have a rest.

The hotel is that resort style. Not our usual kind of business hotel. If you are traveling, it is best not to choose. But the hotel service staff is very friendly, late check-out plus early check-in extra 300p.

In general the hotel is good, the hotel staff are friendly and customer service oriented. Comments For your information, Room 606 Toilet bowl is moving, room Queen bed is suitable not for twin beds, luggages compartment is in the wrong location. Difficult to get the luggages in and out. air condition unit water is leaking. Rooms should centralize aircon. Many times I dials hotel operator sometimes up a to dozen of ringings nobody pickup the phone its should be with in three ringings operator should pick up the phone is a hotel protocol. First night dinner at the hotel Restaurant, I ordered Palabok anatto oil is to much, calamaris Freitas good portion but small sizes and salty food need improvement. Breakfast buffet catered for Pilipino with good variety of food but western food station limited, no croissant or breakfast pastries product, Breakfast buffet charged is expensive In pesos 888.00 pesos one person. Above all A Unique Patriotic greetings of hotel staff to hotel guests can make good impressions to the hotel.
RedDoorz Near Christ the King Medical Center

The hotel is okay, but it's too remote. There are too many stray dogs around the hotel, so I'm afraid of being bitten. Last time I was bitten by a dog in the Philippines, I had to go to four hospitals to get the vaccine, which cost me 5,000 oceans.

This is not the first time I have come here. When I first came there was a quilt in the room. This time, if I did n’t give the quilt, I needed extra money. Slippers, the rest are good
