Early the next morning, the customer service manager took the initiative to go to the room to apologize to us, and brought us a fruit plate. He also unexpectedly informed us that today's lunch menu would be free of charge as a sign of sincerity. While we admire the hotel's guest-first service concept, we are also impressed by the hotel's meticulous management. When we left the hotel the next day and started our journey, the customer service manager was waiting at the front desk early and gave us two bags of meal gifts we needed on the road. Once again, we were deeply moved by their enthusiastic service and the concept of making guests feel at home. Next time you have a chance to come to Langzhong, you will definitely stay at Jiazhou Ligang Hotel!

The resort courtyard-type hotel has convenient parking on the ground floor. Dinner was eaten at the hotel restaurant, both Western and Chinese food were available at reasonable prices. The services are also very good. I also saw a performance at night, but I don’t know if it happens often. All in all, the hotel is noble but not expensive, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
