I’ve chooses this hotel because the price is reasonable and not too far from the train station. This hotel located among of the night club or bar which I don’t mind. The room is clean, they also separate the toilet room and the bathroom. They said they have window but the window cannot open. The staff can communicate in English.

好評，感覺下次來京都玩還會住在這裏，地點非常棒，就在祇園四條附近，距離景點（八阪神社）和吃飯的地方都非常近，
房間面積緊巴巴的攤開24寸行李箱
每天都會打掃衞生，但是衹是打掃垃圾桶，第三天的時候會給換床品，
個人用品給的非常齊全，有搓澡巾，牙刷，泡湯的粉，護理棉片，還有洗面奶，卸粧，水乳精華的小樣，還有梳子和刮鬍刀

The hotel was very well kept and comfortable. The location is excellent as you can walk to several touristic spots and you are very close to a convenience store equipped with an ATM.

WORST STAFF ATTITUDE EVER!!
A middle-aged male receptionist wearing glasses just threw a face on us soon as we checked in, probably because we are Chinese. When he asked us to settle the room taxation fee, he dropped the calculator on the table and asked us to pay. It felt like we owed him money…After I paid, he just grabbed the money tray and left without saying thanks. This is the first time i have met such a rude Japanese…
Never been treated like this in Japan, this service and attitude is totally unacceptable. Staff just slacking in the staff room in the lobby without being helpful. If you want a disrespectful experience, feel free to come to this hotel.
