SSiu NinA peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and wish to help. My wife and I have late arrived to check-in at about 2:00am, but Rita who is the receptionist still very nice to offer a free upgrade room and extend our check-out time to the 6:00pm next day. These made us appreciated and have more time to enjoy the staying. The room is big and everything is clean in the room, the hotel also have the best sightseeing of Macao! Wonderful day!

GGuest UserHengqin Bay Hotel Changlong is the first choice A very good accommodation experience❤️👍🏻 Whether it is facilities or accommodation conditions, scenery, sea view and garden scenery, they all have their own characteristics. Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient. The hotel butler is very considerate. Overall praise from the commentator👍🏻❤️

Manageress Ms. Andy, one of the staff members, has been so incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are taken care of during my stay. Dining at 71/F, another F&B manageress Rita from the restaurant staff has been an absolute delight, providing top-notch service with a warm and welcoming smile. I couldn't be happier with my decision to stay the hotel for two nights. The exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff have truly made my experience unforgettable. I am looking forward to enjoying the rest of my stay and making the most of my time here. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable! An excellent experience in the city of Zhuhai.

GGuest UserMorning Buffet was disappointed! No management at all,; coffee machine just only one turn-on another off. No food refilled when eating up ! two days stay even found the situation the same poor! Other than that, I am happy to stay this hotel since it is value for money and nearby the the custom to Macau, fantastic really !

CCurious TravellerWe loved our spacious room with two single beds- which were actually 4 ft wide! Very comfortable indeed. The room was clean and decorated in the very iconic red black and white as with the rest of the hotel. It has all the amenities for a one night stay. Check in and breakfast are nnnon level 31- which has a fabulous view. Breakfast was very reasonably priced , with plentiful selections and the taste was Good. Although it is in the city center and not far from the Macau crossing, it is not accessible by public transportation, best to call cab or Uber. It is only 6 km from the Zhuhai crossing to HK.

NNaughtonWas upgraded to a king suite, which was rather nice. The room is beautiful. Spacious, comfortable, etc. Lovely bathroom, with bath/shower. Reasonable price, considering I've spent as much on worse hotels in HK recently. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My one gripe is the restaurant. I was at the hotel a fair bit due to online work, and would have happily have spent the whole day/evening there, but the food was far too focused on being 'impressive' rather than good. The decor of the restaurant is extremely dated similar to what was deemed 'traditional China' from 20 years ago, which doesn't lend itself to a comfortable eating experience. Would love to have been able to get a steak, or some more commonplace Chinese cuisine, but all the options were too 'arty' without much substance. No reasonable wine list, which was disappointing. Expensive wines with no reputations, and the options in beers was extremely limited. My one real disappointment with the hotel. The swimming pool is outside, with no shelter so the Zhuhai sun is beating down on the swimming area. No real setup for relaxing by the pool, and the pool itself is rather small. Well-maintained but it doesn't really match the photos here. Good photography I guess. However, the hotel itself is lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms. They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions. Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road. No fault of the hotel. Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau. Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here. No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food. We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection. Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day. Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
