The stay was great. Trudell at the front desk was awesome. Friendly and efficient is exactly what I needed after a long drive. The room was fine and the conference space worked well for my needs. The exhibit room was a bit chilly and the fans were really high. Overall great stay.

Mini break for one. Nice refurbished room with single bed and lovely bathroom. Didnt eat in so I'm no help there. Nicely positioned hotel central to town centre and castle. Quiet but it was November and midweek, would use again.

We are members and have stayed at this resort several times over the last few years and have always had 1 or 2 bed apartments to accommodate family members. This was only for a 2 night stop over after visiting friends but we could have stayed longer as we were in a very spacious studio apartment with a complete kitchen that included a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It was a very hot weekend and there is no air con but our apartment was shaded by surrounding trees which helped reduce the heat. We were advised on check in that we could have a fan if requested but we had bought one with us so didn't bother. The restaurant and bar had just opened the night before we arrived but we didn't visit as we'd come prepared to self cater after 2 previous visits when it was closed.

The hotel is a hotel with restaurants, in the centre of Lancaster, quite close to the Castle, which became a prison until 2011 . The hotel is small but comfortable with rooms not very large but with everything you need Adems is very well prepared , clean for the situation Covid

Wonderful location; Good service in check-in or luggage storage; But the housekeeper knocked on the door at 10 am. Due to the poor sound insulation, we could clearly hear the sounds when the housekeeper cleaned other rooms or other guests sat outside our room. Not suitable for people who have light sleep
