We were happy that the hotel is new and big and clean. Although the staff did not prepare the room before arriving, considering that we arrived late—the appliances were not plugged, the slippers not available; and most noticeable was the staff member taking care of housekeeping requests that night who was very tight lipped and clearly not happy (for someone who is in the hospitality industry!). But the most frustrating thing for us is the fact that every little request has a price—you need an extra pillow? P50; you need towel after using the pool? P50; you pay P650 for 3rd person in the room and you’d assume that breakfast and all amenities are made available? The front desk staff would still charge me P85 for this person’s towel for use in the room. Considering that she used existing beddings in the room, and the hotel wants me to pay for her towel, what’s the P650 for, a breakfast plate of bangus and eggs?! It’s just ridiculous. I understand that the hotel is new and is probably still fine tuning its policies, hence, it has an opportunity to improve its services and also train its staff. Please don’t waste the opportunity especially that your hotel facilities are way better than most hotels in Lingayen.

Pros: 1. Place looks new. Sheets and towels are also new and feels premium. 2. Breakfast was great esp the hot choco. 3. Front desk personnel were nice and very responsive. 4. Wifi and water pressure are both strong. 5. The personal butler touch was a bonus. Cons 1. The deluxe villa, which is supposed to be for 4 pax, is quite small. Its more suited for 2 pax. 2. Spa prices are quite steep. 3. Plunge pool is small. Management should consider making it heated, otherwise, guests will not find it of much use. 4. I understand that its an eco resort but a little more landscaping will make it more attractive to guests

Wonderful stay at the Palm. Came for a Valentine’s getaway and it really exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s quite new, very well designed, with two great pools, great staff and good dining and drinking options. It’s also peaceful,and tranquil - very relaxing. Rooms are good size, with pools view and nice breeze, and each with its own balcony. Overall security is very good, and there is plentiful parking. It’s near Lin***en, although would be great for anyone as this part of Pangasinan doesn’t have anything approaching this level of quality and environment. It isn’t that cheap, but represents outstanding value for money. Looking forward to visiting it again. Really well done!
