We like how the check in was done through an automated system which was easy to use. A staff is nearby to help if help is ever needed. The hotel also offer amenities in the lobby for guests to self-help which even include facial products like make-up remover and masks. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pillows provided are of 2 intensities - hard and soft so that guests can choose to use whichever work for them. Sufficient space in the hotel room. The service staff are always smiling and pleasant to talk to. When I called the front desk to check if I could borrow their travel adaptor and I offered to go down to collect from them. The front desk helped to deliver it up to my room in less than 5min. I really appreciate their effort. All in all, this hotel is very efficient and we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are super small and you have to pay extra if you ask for an extra bed. Great location, very clean.

Delicious breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, no stiff neck. Strong shower pressure. Great location. Room is very clean. Hotel service staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kyoto. 👍🏻

Location of hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from Kyoto station/ bus terminal. Though far away from the main shopping/ food area. But one can easily get to various Kyoto attractions via bus. Hotel offers free tea break and evening aperitif which is a nice touch though I didn’t get to enjoy it so can’t comment too much.

Room is good for Japan standard. More spacious for 2 pax with coffee table and chairs. 3 pax room is a squueze & left little room for us to open all the luggages. Bathroom is excellent separate bath & restroom. I thought the room cleaning is only 2x a week but glad that it's done daily. Note they give you the amenities during the check in but it's a lot! They even gave nice moisturising face mask. A nice indoor garden running through the lobby and restaurant makes for calm oasis. Amazing breakfast where they even served sake & sochu with selection of cute tea tins. I am surprised at how wide the selection is with sushi, sashimi, western, japanese and even stew/ cooked food. I dont know how they can manage to squeeze so much for breakfast :) Better to book the room inclusive of breakfast otherwise you have to pay Yen 2700 onsite. In anycase still worth the price compared to SG. They serve great afternoon tea Japanese dessert platter (free of charge) and night alcohol drinks too. Reminder to be there on time or 30mins before close of service. It is not very near to the Kyoto station but good 5 mins walk. Not many taxi drivier know the area so recommended to take the hotel namecard to show. There are other hotels opposite or near to station but this hotel won my heart with it's earnest service and additional touches. This is among the mid range hotels of my trip but the value they gave is much more in comparison. Beside the hotel there are several excellent restaurants & izakayas. I had excellent dinner at Quatro italian bistro for amazing al dente pasta and I was surprised to learn there's a great rated sushi Tomisen behind the hotel. Must reserve in advance. For families can walk 15mins to Aquarium for great afternoon. My daugther lost her mobile phone on long distance bus from Takayama to Kyoto. The reception helped to call and arrangement with the bus station to retrieve and sending via Ta-q-Bin. I am just amazed at the honesty, service with pride culture and excellent Japan system!! Kudos to the people and lovely Kyoto.

I chose it because of my online work needs and rapid transportation needs. It is very close to Kyoto Station and can provide good support. I am really grateful. Although it is small, it is well planned and convenient for business trips. The travel information provided in the lobby is also very practical. Thank you.

It's a really nice hotel. The bedding is very comfortable and it's clean. The hotel has a very Kyoto-style Japanese courtyard, which is very beautiful. There is a bus stop downstairs, and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kyoto Station. There are also many restaurants downstairs, including yakitori restaurants, barbecue restaurants, izakayas, and convenience stores. There is a 711 very close by, and there is also a Lawson. In short, it is really highly recommended.

In general, it is highly recommended and I feel it is worth the money. Here are the details: 1. The room is decorated in Japanese style, with a porch at the entrance, and the toilet, bathroom, and toilet are separated into three parts. There is a full-size bathtub. The room is large enough and has many humanized design details, which makes it very comfortable to live in. 2. The restaurant is very exquisite, and the scenery outside the window is very simple and elegant. There are many Kyoto-style meals for breakfast, and afternoon tea and happy hour (snacks and various wines are provided) are exquisite and comfortable. If you stay in the hotel and don't experience these three meals, you will lose half of the core experience! 3. The hotel staff are very polite, the front desk speaks fluent English, and basic problems can be solved. 4. The hotel supplies are available on the first floor. In addition to basic toothbrushes, combs, etc., POLA facial cleansers, skin care products, masks, hair oils, etc. are also provided, which is very considerate. 5. The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. It is very convenient to take the haruka direct from Kansai Airport, and it is convenient to go to Osaka, Nara, and the city's scenic spots.

I stayed here with my friends and was very satisfied! Clean and comfortable, good breakfast, free afternoon tea, I will choose here again if I have the chance!

The overall hotel service is very good. The room is not big but very comfortable. You can enjoy free drinks during tea time and dusk, which is very considerate. The breakfast is not many types, but the taste and portion are very reasonable.
