When we slept until midnight, the hotel's air conditioning automatically turned off, but we didn't set a timer beforehand. It became so hot that it woke us up.

Lovely stay! Hotel was situated slightly outside town but still very walkable. Food was not bad but not great either. Wished it was Japanese cuisine instead of western Japanese fusion

The hotel service and facilities are excellent and we stay for 2 nights and found the dinner is great. Even you are staying for 2 nights, the dinner and breakfast food changes and makes us very satisfied with the stay!

i book this hotel 11 room , your hotel are beautiful , clean , but high slop
your hotel staff not help my group etc not call a taxi , because my group has a lot of luggage and there are elderly people

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a guide outside who took a photo of me and my friend in front of the hotel exterior. We were then shown around immediately after. The room was very clean, and we were grateful that the amenities were prepared in a drawstring bag.
I was impressed that pajamas were provided in addition to the indoor wear, that the toilet and bath were separate, and that free popsicles were provided in front of the large public bath!
It was also great that it was only a 4-minute walk from the Yubatake!
I would love to stay here again! Thank you!

The rooms and meals are great, but unfortunately the open-air hot spring bath on the top floor is not open, so there are only two hot spring baths available for reservation. As a result, the reservations during the normal time are already full, so there is no way to experience it.

The hotel is not far from the station and Yubata. The room is small but clean. There is no view. A hotel with seven floors has only one elevator! The service staff at the front desk are quite indifferent! One of them showed impatience during the communication process because I didn't understand Japanese. This is something I rarely encounter in Japanese hotels. The public hot spring bath is relatively small, so you will have to queue up when bathing in a hot spring in Japan for the first time, and the private bath facilities for paid reservations are also average. The food was quite satisfactory, and the service in the restaurant was very good.
