A long-established hotel with complete facilities, very clean, comfortable bedding, and especially warm and considerate service. After booking, a dedicated service staff will contact you by phone to confirm the check-in time and room requirements. I proposed that it be smoke-free and alcohol-disinfected the bathtub and toilet. , all done very thoughtfully, warm cards and fruit milk. Today is the holiday. The hotel also specially prepared gifts for female guests, including roses and flower cakes. Special thanks to the front desk staff with job numbers 531 and 539, like it.

This is a very tasteful hotel, stacked in the building built by Vanke, like a flower blooming, with the smell of the Aegean Sea floating in the air, the walls are inlaid with Yunnan straw, and a lot of reed straw has fallen from the roof, floating above a giant log table, with various openings of appropriate proportions, such as round door lintels and window lintels, which look very much like the walls of the Greek Acropolis 🇬🇷! The clear water floor is clean and simple, and I really want to walk around barefoot!

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here.
Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in.
The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why.
Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

The hotel is about a few hundred meters away from Exit A of Erji Road of Metro Line 1, which is very convenient for travel. There are eating and shopping malls nearby. Checked in very late, but the front desk clerk was still very good. We ordered takeaway and helped deliver it to the door. The room design is good, the space is large, the window sill is large, and the view is good. I came here with my friends. I think the hotel rooms here are good. I like their lighting design. The environment is also elegant. The front desk service is very friendly. The location is also very good. The transportation is convenient and close to the subway station. The facilities are also very complete and eating is very convenient. There is a snack street opposite. The lady at the front desk also upgraded me to a superior king room for free. The service was great👍I will come back next time

GGuest UserThe hotel has unbeatable location, which is just to the south of Cuihu Park. It is within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean. Those next to the main road could be a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was excellent where there were plenty of choices on offer, both western style and Chinese style. The staff were friendly.

Hhearmoon520A newly opened hotel in Kunming, I like the decoration style and details very much, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel service staff is very warm and considerate. The housekeeper Bianca contacted me in advance, asked about my preferences, and sent me various tips. It was very considerate. On the day of check-in, there was a Kunming Marathon, and Bianca sent me the route in advance, so I could easily avoid it. During the stay, I was cared and greeted throughout the whole process, and the experience was really good. There was also a lady named Shi at the front desk who was also very good (sorry for forgetting her English name), and I could feel that their smiles were from the heart. To be honest, it is much better than the service of several Grand Hyatt hotels in other cities where I have stayed. In addition, the hotel has good sound insulation, which is very good for people with sleep disorders like me. I will choose Grand Hyatt again when I come to Kunming next time.
The breakfast is also good, which is exquisite and delicious. I feel that the catering department should have listened to the guests' suggestions and made improvements quickly. The speed of leading the seat and serving coffee is very fast. In addition, the local rice noodles, crispy beef noodles, and bait blocks are all delicious.
Since the swimming pool is not open yet, the minibar is free on the first day of check-in, and the content is very rich, which is much better than the InterContinental I stayed in later.
By the way, the guys in the concierge department have very good eyesight. They never open the car door themselves when taking a taxi. Every time they walk to the door, they will greet you with a smile. It’s really nice!

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

GGuest UserWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

GGuest UserLocation was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me.
Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it.
The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

SSanyarat Mungklang , Thailand.The location is near the metro. It's just 5 minutes walk. Easy to find this property. The girl at the front desk when I checked in is enthusiastic to help me. She almost doesn't speak English but she's had a lovely service mind.
This property is so close to the green lake park. I spend the time from this hostel to the park just 4 minutes walk.
It's worth to stay here and the price can afford for the solo travelers who want to save cost like me.

The boss's service attitude is also very good, kind and gentle to others. Great! The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on, and the decoration style is also the type I like. There is a North Railway Station next to it, and there are three subways, which is convenient to go anywhere. I will come to this hotel next time.
