The room was perfect for a family. The surrounding area has everything you need, and the subway is very close. We ate at 'Grandma's Taste' twice; the restaurant has a great atmosphere and delicious food. There's also a KFC and McDonald's nearby. The hotel's smart lock was very convenient to use.

The room was very new and super spacious, exactly like in the photos. It uses a keyless entry system, which is really convenient as you don't need a room card. The front desk lady was gentle, polite, and very professional. The hotel front desk is on the 12th floor. Before you go, definitely contact them first to ask which entrance to use from downstairs. They'll send you an entrance guide map that's super clear. Don't just go without asking, or you'll get lost. I've also uploaded the route guide map that the front desk lady sent me as the last picture.

The lady at the front desk was so nice, and the afternoon tea came with a huge platter of delicious food. The hotel layout was very comfortable, and there was a big bathtub perfect for a soak. The night view was beautiful, and its location right next to Metro Line 5 is incredibly convenient.

Convenient ! Hotel is within a few mins walk from the subway. Note that reception is at level 12. Need to get the right direction as there’s a few building towers in the same area and they are not linked. The reception level have a view and the ladies are nice and welcoming. Thank you.

I can't praise this hotel enough. The environment is elegant and quiet, and the room was spotless. The staff were excellent, always prompt in meeting my needs. I had a very pleasant stay here and will definitely be back.
