Operations for hotel fans. It was almost 12 o'clock in the evening. I found that the toilet was running very slowly. I called the front desk. The front desk was not surprised. From the guest's perspective, it was speculated that this room had had similar problems before. The front desk knew that there was a problem with the toilet in this room, but still opened it. Got a room. I asked the front desk if I could get through, or give me a room key to another room so I could use the toilet. I was told that I could only change rooms and let a robot deliver the key. Around 12 o'clock, I had no choice but to pack up all the things that had been spread out and prepare to change rooms. When the robot didn't arrive, the front desk called and said that the robot was waiting at the door of the new room, so we took a bunch of things to the door of the new room. There was no robot, so we returned to the old room. The front desk said that the robot would still give us the room card. Go to the old room and continue waiting. It takes a few more minutes for the robot to come up. Not a word of apology was spoken throughout the entire process. I hope the staff who handle this matter will have a wonderful stay experience every time I travel in my life. PS: There is an unknown object on the toilet in the new room. It is up to you to decide whether to check in based on the level of cleanliness.
