Together with my wife I visited Kühlungsborn. At night we wanted to have dinner. Attracted by the menu outside of the hotel, we entered the house. In the lobby there was a sign post, ordering us to wait till we would be picked up. We waited about ten minutes, nobody showed up, so we went to the kitchen area and asked the chef de salle. She said, she would be with us in a while. Meanwhile, a waitress approached us and we asked her whether we could get a table for two. She asked us whether we were hotel guests. We said no. Then she asked us whether we had made a reservation which we also denied. Then she asked a colleague waiter and she came back to us and said there were no tables. We left the hotel, where could see about one third of free tables . Considering the fact that they had a menu card outside of the hotel, we thought this a very unfriendly act.

Außergewöhnliche Umstände ließen uns erschöpft abends im Hotel "stranden". Umso dankbarer waren wir über den verständnisvollen und überaus herzlichen Umgang am Empfang. Vielen Dank Frau Brothers! Sie sind eine echte Perle! Insgesamt erfüllt das Hotel alle Wünsche. In bester Lage, an der Seebrücke gelegen, ruhig und sauber, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, komfortable Betten, üppiges Frühstück mit Blick auf die Ostsee, Spa, diverse Freizeitangebote, etc.

… sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Wellnessanwendungen waren sehr schöne Kurz-Urlaubsbegleiter. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder! Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen! Wir überlegen uns, ob wir dem Empfang das nächste Mal Trinkgeld geben, wenn 3,60 EUR zu wenig zu sein scheinen… Erstaunt war ich über die Möglichkeit ein Upgrade zu erhalten und dafür einen Preis vorzuschlagen… was ist dafür angemessen ? … beim letzten Mal haben wir dies so bekomm, weil was frei war…

Die Ankunft erfüllte unsere Herzen, das Personal begrüßte uns schon am Auto und nahm unser Gepäck mit ins Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, höfliches und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, einwenig klein aber ausreichend für uns. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage bequem aber auch preisintensiv.

Ein freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Ein sauberes gepflegtes Zimmer mit Seeblick und ein warmes Badezimmer bringen sofortiges Wohlempfinden. Inbegriffen ist die täglich gefüllte Minibar im kleinen Kühlschrank, enorm praktisch. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbufee. Skandinavische Fernsehsender fehlen, doch das ist kein Problem beim Zugang über Wifi. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Betten sind bequem und wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne ins Hotel . Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Musiker haben uns zum Tanzen animiert, was sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Die Kosmetik Anwendung bei Frau Volkmann ist ein besonderes Erlebnis, was immer Pflicht Programm für mich ist. Die Saunalandschaft sehr sauber .

Die Lage und die wunderschöne Parkanlage sind toll. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Saubere Zimmer. Für den Wellness Bereich fehlte uns die Zeit, aber sah auch sehr gut aus. Zumindest das Schwimmbad mit Außenpool habe ich ausprobiert. Durch die Verglasung ist der Lobbybereich hell und einladend. Das Essen sowohl Frühstück und im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft. Sehr schönes Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor zum Entspannen

Schöne Lage, ein wunderbares Hotel mit großzügigem Zimmer, gemütlicher Lobby um zu plaudern und ein paar leckere Drinks zu genießen. Am Morgen gab es ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen gern wieder.
