I was surprised to hear your reasoning for withholding my RM200 deposit, especially since you mentioned issues with the place being "dirty" and "smaller." I find this quite unreasonable, as I did not do any activities, such as a steamboat, that would lead to the place being dirtied during my two-day stay. And I had pay a cleaning fees for it.
Could you please clarify what specific expectations you had regarding cleanliness? I wasn't made aware that guests are expected to clean the premises before departure. I hope we can resolve this matter fairly.
