Excellent location and great variety of the breakfast catering to different preferences. However, their cleanliness was disappointing. There was visible dust under the bed and cabinets, and the bedsheets had some spots. Only two towels were provided in a double-bed room, and we had to request extra towels daily. Additionally, the hair dryer was missing and had to be requested separately. While the location is a big plus, the cleanliness and service need improvement.
Pros:
5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price
Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process
Cons:
Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point
Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am
Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site
Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit
Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮
TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

All the facilities are very new and convenient to use, especially the washing machine with washing and drying function, which makes up for the regret of not having a balcony. Everything is good. The biggest problem is that because the house is relatively new, the smell is really strong. It is not recommended for people who are sensitive to respiratory tract and smell. It would be better to come three months later or later.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The view of balcony is able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, it is very nice. The service of ambassador is good, facilities haven’t been experienced. No food was provided.
The main reason is the price. I think it's beyond my expectation. The sleep is very good and I can check in early. I've stayed in high-end hotels around here for thousands of dollars. Some of them are not as good as this one. The only difference is that this one doesn't have a swimming pool.

location wise are very good,KLCC just few mins walking, also MRT are just downstairs, check in and out are smooth,a lot of guest everyday
The only thing is the pool are only open 10 to 10,I go out early and come back late,so doesn’t got much time to enjoy the infinity pool, and also the pool can’t see KLCC much,so if you are in it,choose tower 2 better, they are facing to the KLCC,refer to my photo
The serviced apartment is spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. The quality of the furniture is average but understandable. The only problem is that there is no socket next to the bed, which is very annoying for three days. There is a socket behind the bed and it cannot be used without moving the bed. Other than that, everything is good. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely choose it.

The location of this hotel is nice and it’s big.
But we didn’t like our stay here because of super crowded lobby, unorganized lobby reception, imagine they will not let you check in early before 3pm so you have to left your luggage’s with other luggage’s in the hotel lobby without room and proper storage. We also didn’t like that they will never give you a chance to check in early and let you wait till 3. They also didn’t give us the room that we booked we don’t know for some reason they didn’t tell us they just said that they upgraded our room which we didn’t like because of the location of the room the intertet is so weak and the view because we bookeed and nice city view but they didn’t give it to us. I always think this way that when the hotel upgraded your hotel booking its always shadey and it’s like not upgraded at all it was just all a lie. We didn’t like also the service here because we came at hotel late from clubbing we are all thirsty and when we want to ask for room service unfortunately it’s not available because it’s till 7pm only!!! they didn’t even mention that to us upon checking in. The good thing about this hotel is the infinity pool nothing else. The service, the lobby the reception are no for us. Take note going in front of the hotel is quite traffic too because of narrow road of the area.
Once you stay in this apartment, you won't want to leave. The rooms are beautifully appointed, impeccably clean and spotlessly clean. Staying here will relax your body and mind.

KL Riviera City is a modern, integrated urban development located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The project typically features a blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, aimed at creating a vibrant community atmosphere.
It is located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur which next to the KL Sentral transit hub & access KLIA airport. It is suitable for Solo Travelers, Leisure Travelers, Business Travelers or Long-term travelers.
Vventus2024.12.09
Located in the Little India area of Kuala Lumpur, it is suitable for taxis. If you walk from KL Sentral, it is still a long way to go. There are no commercial districts around, and there are few people. The apartment hotel is suitable for a family. If you can stay for a few more days, you can experience the rooftop swimming pool and shared office area, which is suitable for mobile office workers. Because it is a super high-rise apartment, it is difficult to wait for the elevator, and it is a new building with many decorations. It is recommended to check out earlier.

NNurnazidaWe arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but unfortunately our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait around 20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since the lobby was always crowded with guests. However, once we got to our room, we were pleased with its cleanliness and the magnificent view from the window which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
The breakfast selection was moderate but acceptable for the price. While it wasn't an extravagant spread, it had enough variety to satisfy most tastes.
One downside is that the hotel doesn't offer room service. However, it's located in a very convenient area, with convenience stores and eateries nearby, so finding food was never an issue.
Overall, it's a good choice for a stay, particularly if you're looking for a clean room with a great view and don't mind waiting a bit or heading out for meals.
MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.
GGuest UserPros: The staffs are helpful. Gym is nice Room is beautiful Cons: The WIFI is not working most of the time despite it is available for free but it cant be connected There are rooms for improvements as it is still under refurbishment The housekeeping is not available at night Will definitely visit again
GGuest UserBooked the wrong Melia (didn’t know there are two Melia in KL, older Melia in Bukit Bintang) but I’m very pleasantly impressed by every aspect of this 4-month old (as of Aug 2023) modern lifestyle hotel. Location wise - it’s at Chetras hood, majority Chinese Malaysian populated with heartlander stores, off the track shops and locals-go-to eateries. The hotel is located next to an ultra big shopping mall (comparable in size to Hudson Yards on 34th & 12th in Manhattan, Takashimaya in Orchard Singapore). Chetras is located at the fringe of downtown KL, 10-15 mins Grab ride, 15 mins MRT ride away. The success & sustainability of any service business are attributed not only to its hardwares but also its soft factors, I.e. “softwares” & most importantly for both to work hand in hand. INNside has both, which more than compensated for not situated right in downtown KL. Besides having well designed decor, ultra clean, sleek & modern rooms & facilities, the attentiveness, friendliness & warmth of the staff (from managers like Viveen, Azwan, Nastasia to all the crew staff - housekeeping, technical, F&B, front desk) touch our heart). Just to list an example amid many, I came for morning breakfast 15-20 mins late one day and although they had cleared the breakfasts, the manager was very accommodative, in offering coffee before I head out. I was extremely touched when he & the crew later brought out & offered good selection of breads & fruits, and I was well fed & energized for my days! It’s all these soft touches (and not blindly following the rule books) that leave a great impression! Kudos to the INNside team! Keep it up!
TtheislandlogicInterContinental Kuala Lumpur made our honeymoon truly unforgettable with its blend of luxury, romance, and outstanding service. Our suite was beautifully decorated with stunning city views and thoughtful touches like rose petals and a welcome gift. Dining was a highlight, from the delicious sushi at Tatsu Japanese Cuisine to the varied breakfast buffet at Serena Brasserie. The outdoor pool, spa, and central location near attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers added to the experience. The staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made it a perfect romantic getaway that we highly recommend for couples.
Nnurfatin NadiaIm staying here because of standard chartered marathon. Quite near to walk from this hotel to dataran merdeka. Provided basement parking and outsite of hotel also plenty of parking space. Easy to par your car. Room size quite big and comfortable.
RrocktheworldAlways my favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Central location and friendly staff. Easy process for check in and check out. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed too.
GGuest UserI took a train to KL Sentral and this hotel is just next to it.
The location is great for a night rest before going from KL Sentral to the KLIA airport the next morning.
Small room but amenities are adequate.
YYee PeenGreat service from the front desk staff name daniel, the new room design with open toilet doesnt really practical, rooms very smelly when your couple do BIG BUSINESS, i downgraded my room to avoid that.
MMs EleganceI stayed in a family inter-connecting room, both the rooms are clean, comfy bed. Water heater not functioning good and the only issue I'm not happy is the insufficient sound prove, we cant sleep with the loud music ”boom...bommm..bomm” stayed up to morning.
