Comfortable bed and well-appointed room, a good three-night stay in a pleasant area. At breakfast, the plate clearers would do well to exercise a little more precaution and not clear away a place setting so soon when one goes to toast bread or queue for the coffee machine.

It’s a simple hotel located on the edge of town but only 15 mins from the airport by car. I stayed here 3 years ago but it has changed ownership since. Helpful staff but initially they couldn’t find my booking causing some stress and confusion. Good restaurant but no alcohol served as they are waiting for a new licence! Free parking in front. Some shops nearby but limited restaurant options.

The hotel is located near the airport, close to public transport stops, which can quickly get to the center. The rooms are large and clean, the cleaning service is top notch. Very nice staff at the reception and delicious breakfasts.

Apart from some distance from the old town, everything else is very good! However, it is not expensive to take a taxi, usually 30 to 40 yuan to the center of the old city. Next to the supermarket KFC, there are a number of super-large warehouse stores, there are 24 hours of similar Sam's shop, super large IKEA and several large shopping malls, have time to go shopping, but time is optimistic. The service on the first day of the hotel is particularly pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast brought by the hotel is also quite satisfactory. The restaurant is not expensive, it is not too much choice.

We were put here by EasyJet following a last minute flight cancellation. Late at night it felt as if we were journeying into the unknown. The hotel is a good 20 minute drive from Krakow. Although taxis are cheap and hotel reception are happy to book these. Little did we know that the night arrival was the plus side of things. We were met by a courteous man on reception who directed us to our rooms. We were all stressed after the evening’s events and we all went to sleep. In the morning, we woke to a shattered window in one room, still in its frame by why not replaced? Curtains and lights hanging by a thread in another room. What appeared to be urine stained bed covers!! We were all totally horrified by the standards. I’ve given a score of 2 purely because the breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory. 2 of the 3 staff at reception were pleasant. I’m not going to say anymore here, but fully intend to take this matter up with EasyJet on an individual basis. There is no way I would ever return here. Avoid it at all costs. And for a reputable holiday company to expect customers to accept this as satisfactory accommodation is quite simply disgusting. You have been warned.
