The customer service is excellent. The room was daily cleaned. FYI, not every hotel does daily cleaning. Location is near the subway. Bus station is nearby too. Pharmacy and food is just nearby .

The location of this hotel is excellent! And the staff is nice and very helpful! However, the hotel a bit old, and the facilities are old fashioned.

酒店位置不錯，就在地鐵出口邊。離繁華購物街區也就一個路口，而酒店邊上的巷子又是復歸清凈。樓下幾家cafe。酒店房間不小，但是所住的那間有孜然味，連住三天都是。工作人員們還是很熱心的。入住當天問前台要了浴鹽，後面第三天問另一個前台要直接説沒有，很奇怪。

位置好……烏丸線四條站4號口出來右轉幾十米，樓下有星巴克，711，全家。到各個景點附近都有公交車。前台有個會中文的小姐姐，我要寄行李去大阪的酒店，幫填快遞單，還幫和大阪的酒店聯繫，人很好
