Overall, the place was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, efficient system, which I appreciated. My stay was satisfactory overall. One thing to note is that an additional €14.40 was charged on-site for towels and bed linen replacement, beyond the amount shown on the website. Since there is no staff at the front desk and room keys are issued automatically through a kiosk, the room key will not be released unless this fee is paid. For transportation, it took about 7 minutes by taxi to Bayonne train station, and the fare was approximately €15. This is something future guests may want to keep in mind.

Location isn’t the best, a bit far from the city centre but I felt safe and clean there. Check in time a bit inconvenient

Cheap and cheerful. McDonald’s, American diner and supermarket within walking distance. Great for a stopover on journey. Had dogs with us and grass surrounding the hotel to allow them a last quick walk

Hello I was debited 14 euros for stay costs, it's not that amount according to your site I paid everything for the room, breakfast etc and in addition around 14 euros there is no problem it's expensive the tax of Kind regards Ms Switala
