We lived on the 3rd floor, which means you need to climb all the way to your room. It's okay if you like to exercise, but not okay for the people who are not active. Don't worry, just ask and they will help you with your suitcases.
The view in the bathroom is great! And the bathroom itself is great.
The room is okay, the bed is comfortable, just pillows are uneven... The breakfast is average... No coffee machine and the choices are very limited.
Overall I would say that the price-quality ratio is very reasonable.

Overall this hotel was amazing. It was located in front of the beach. You can enjoy your breakfast in front of the beach which is amazing.

Great location and best Esan food! Just one technical issue, the hot and cold shower was extremely inconsistent and low water pressure.

For this price I would expect more. The way to the rooms are laborious. Around the Hotel and itself are still constructions.
I booked for 5 Days and left after the first night.

The hotel is excellent, we got it at a discount. The location is great. It's a little uphill, but not strenuous. The breakfasts are excellent.

Good hotel, impressive, clean, delicious food, playable beach, suitable for children. The beach is clean with no rocks or trash. There are not as many people as Sai Kaew Beach. Not far from shops, walking street, spacious rooms, clean, convenient, everything. The staff are all lovely, almost flawless. If you come to Samet, you will definitely come back and stay here again. Reserve two bedrooms and get rooms next to each other. You can open the door to find each other. Excellent. The price is not too expensive. I recommend.
We highly recommend this hotel clean nice service and comfortable near to walking steet 10 min. Walk to 7-11
