EAST Hong Kong

The room was spacious and fantastic! There's a great coffee shop and lobby downstairs. Definitely a must-stay hotel on Hong Kong Island.

This hotel has a fantastic design – very stylish yet understated. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. It's super convenient too: the MTR is just 10 meters away, and Taikoo Shing shopping center is only 100 meters. There are tons of restaurants with all sorts of cuisines nearby. I always stay here whenever I visit Hong Kong.

This hotel is truly fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The room was spotless, and my cosmetics and toiletries were neatly arranged, which was a huge plus for someone with OCD like me. But the real highlight is the view – it's absolutely stunning. The rooftop bar also offers excellent service, and their cocktails are thoughtfully crafted with unique flavors. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, the location is super convenient. It's quick and easy to get to areas like Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong, and Sai Kung. The hotel is right above a MTR station, and Taikoo Shing mall is just downstairs.

Clean and hygienic, I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Before my trip, something came up and I had to reschedule a few times. Both Trip.com and the hotel were very accommodating throughout the process. The cleanliness was exceptional; the housekeeper proactively asked if we needed cleaning and towel changes every morning. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a fantastic and affordable local cafe just a short walk away. Plus, it has direct access to shops, making shopping a breeze. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The location is superb, right next to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The standard rooms are also quite spacious with great views. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows often offer glimpses of birds soaring in the sky and distant mountains. In the afternoon, the sunlight fills the room, which is beautiful. The staff's service attitude is also excellent; cleaning is timely, and supplies are replenished sufficiently. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Pros: The front desk staff were very nice; they allowed me an early check-in and upgraded my room. They were friendly, and the room had a fridge, microwave, toiletries, and slippers. The hotel has a great design, and there's a bar on the top floor with excellent views. Cons: Both windows in the room faced residential buildings, making the large corner window feel awkward and like I was being watched. I had to keep the curtains drawn and the lights on. The room was also very damp and cold, though I'm not sure if that was due to the weather. There were also some inconvenient design choices, such as the faucet being too short, causing water to splash onto the counter and then the floor. The bathroom door opened in a way that disrupted the flow, and the light switches were confusing and inconvenient to use.

This is by far the most convenient hotel in Tai Koo Shing. It's right by Exit D of the MTR, and the rooms are very comfortable, complete with a water purifier, fridge, and microwave. The service is also excellent. Whenever I come to Tai Koo, I always choose this hotel without hesitation. You can walk to Quarry Bay Park in Tai Koo Shing in about 5-8 minutes, where you can see Kowloon across the water – perfect for a relaxing stroll.
