Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well ***nered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

The hotel with best Kodai Lake view. Spacious rooms and lush green lawns meeting the Kodai lake. It’s the best place to be . Wonderful breakfast and Lush gardens and Activity area. We stayed for 3 days and evening were mesmerising with planning done by Mr Anand the activity coordinator. We were kept engaged by his Housie games and followed by Bonfire on the terrace we also got entertained by Tamil Folk dance Karakoram by folk dancer Mr Suresh (a delight to watch). Overall 5 star rating for the hotel and the staffs who took care of all our needs. Loved the stay. Highly recommended.

The best ambience was awesome… the staff are up to mark… very cortical staff I must say… food was very tasty and healthy… we never see like this service in any hotel… From check in to check out we just loved it Simran guest relation associate is very prof in her work The people Mr Kalai, Santhosh , Sujith , muregesh , snivert , Kannan …. And so on … just amazing Eager to come again

From the first step to the step out on checkout The hospitality was just amazing! And that's the best about the Carlton. They dont leave a chance rate them down. Making sure 100% satisfaction for every guest including my Lil one. Restaurant was great and thanks to Santosh and Murugesh , Anand who have attended us with smile throughout. Guest relations ***ager Simran greeted us and gave farewell with Smile. Smiles throughout for us and memories relish with us. Had a wonderful stay with Carlton and definitely would come again.

The service was amazing. Everyone was amazing and polite. I liked the service of Miss Simran and the service of Mr Rizaunal from the hotel ***agement depar**ent. Must recommend for the stay. Food was also to the liking and everyone's behaviour was impeccable.

Most wonderful Hotel in Kodaikanal. Lovely the stay. Right from Arrival welcome, Check In, Hospitality, Restaurant ambience, Room facilities and decor, Food variety, Staff greetings, Special gestures and care they take, you will be really very happy and delighted. The lake view from the balcony and nice sight of the kodaikanal lake from the restaurant, lawn makes your stay memorable. They have amazing Jacuzzi and steam bath and the complimentary Cycling facility. The variety of Beffet breakfast and Dinner menu filled our taste buds and heart with joy. Mr Anand gave us a pleasant welcome on checkin and during the stay. The staff and ***agers in the Restaurant helped us in food menus and special request. Client relationship ***ager Simran gave us a surprise with a wonderfully decorated cake on our Anniversary during the stay. We are really touched by this overwhelming hospitality of the hotel, The Carlton, Kodaikanal. Going back with amazing lovely memories for life time.

Visited this beautiful property located in the lovely hilly location of Kodaikanal. The trip was organised with my family, they are frequent visitors to the property. Personally it was my first time and the hotel lived up to our expectations. Special credit to the staff .

It was amazing staying at the Catlton hotel. The service and the staffs were fantastic. Nothing to complain abot about. So i am giving 10/10 Simran guest relation associate she was amazing with the service.. The overall was amazing.love the environment.

The service was really good,top notch,the buffet was very welcoming and the seafood is very fresh especially the chili and pepper prawn,the utensils were clean and tidy and over all a very nice place 1000% reccomend thanks to Mariselvan and ramakrishnan for taking good care
