Highly recommend for a onsen hotel. The add on kaiseki dinner is wonderful. Breakfast is also such an experience. Onsen can be booked for private use which is included in the package. An overall unforgettable experience. Staff can communicate in English, so no worries. Services and care is excellent.

I made four reservations, 2, 1, 2, 4, and I was a little disappointed that I didn't make it to 3. Each pool was very clean.
The front desk and the driver who picked us up provided excellent service.
The shuttle bus is ready to go at any time.
For dinner, we went to one of the restaurants recommended by the hotel. The front desk helped us make reservations. After eating at the restaurant, we contacted the hotel to pick us up directly. It was considerate.
There are free drinks in the lobby on the first floor, with a wide variety, and the iced oolong tea is delicious.
