Good location within mall. Rooms and surrounding areas are clean. Easy excess to mall's food court from the 3 rd floor.

This hotel is not well maintained. I also moved from another budget hotel but compared to that hotel, this hotel is such a downgrade. It is a bit pricier than my previous budget hotel and they don’t even provide toothbrush and toothpaste. In addition, the elevators is very slow so it builds up a crowd. The elevators also leaks whenever there is rain. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there are other budget hotels with better rooms and services.

Good place, near mall

I didn’t expect much from budget hotel, but they didn’t even offer some adds on options like tooth brush kit, shampoo, facial tissue, or iron and hairdryer. I chose to stay here cos the other hotel with direct connection to the Mall was full. If their business standard doesn’t improve, I don’t think I would stay here anymore.  The staffs were friendly and nice though.

Location was great, just next to the MKG, very very convenient for hunting lunch/dinner at mall. The hotel is clean, bed cover was clean without any stain at all. Service was no problem, you get free parking if you are inhouse guest. Budget hotel with window. They prepare a water dispenser for drink in every floor next to the lift, that you can refill your bottle/glass anytime. Too bad that I understand its a budget hotel, but they didnt provide any coffee or tea, also no slippers and no toothbrush. No tissue paper inside the room except tissue roll for toilet. I think for the price of around 400K per night should get those basic amenities. The breakfast was normal okay, cant expect much but they provide all basic breakfast like rice, fried noodle, chicken meat, bread, orange juice, fruits and pudding, porridge and soto. Taste was okay.

I have stayed in the hotel on several occasions, and we’ll be back. I love the location, central to business centre in Kelapa Gading. The staff are great. The room was cleaned daily, however I think that the pillows are in need of change, the were hard not comfortable anymore. The bath towels are hit and miss, some days I’ve got fluffy ones, some days it was thin as a tea towel.

The superb location which connected directly to MKG is a winner! This is considering the price. It's considered a budget hotel so as long as you have the right expectation for basic amneties, you wont be disappointed. Hot water, towel, shampoo, soap, drinking water dispenser per floor - all available.

Optimal locations for both leisure and business travel offer responsible and courteous staff.

The room's view is good. The room is clean. But no ameties here. No toothbrush, no sandal, no tissue, no kettle. Too bad. Because for business travellers like me, they all must to be served. Hopefully pop hotels management note it down
